Omg! From the time I walked in to the time I left, I had one of the best experiences I’ve had at an establishment in a really long time. Shanty had such an amazing personality and made me feel great as a first time customer. Started to go to another restaurant, but something really drew me to this one. I ordered the Boudin nachos and when I say, they did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. When you come to Island Snowball, the food is made to order and I thoroughly appreciated that. Instantly, when we passed by saw “boudin from Scott, La”, we were like “yea, let me go ahead and stop.” They have so any flavors of snow cones. I stuck to my childhood originals. The boudin was good too! The boudin was absolutely approved!

Just walking in the door was a pleasure. To be greeted upon opening the door was the absolute best. From the menu, the mural on the wall, and the service I was sold...... The actual taste was just the topping!! Haven't had condensed milk on snowballs in forever, but they didn't miss. When I tell you the sausage dressed with Chilli & cheese didn't play fair. I start my diet & already can't wait for my cheat day. I RATE ALL 10'S
