Food is not worth the price and the portions are off. Chili tasted old and not good. Service wasn't great either it was slow. The store itself is hot and the music is just to much you almost can't hear when ordering. Longest wait time for a shaved ice.

Saw this place on Instagram so tried it out with the family. Overall food was good. Snowballs had good flavor, they are not shy with the syrup which is always good. Portion sizes are pretty good. They got packed pretty quick. It’s a small place and there were only two people taking/making orders so it took a while to get our order out but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
I had the brisket fries made all the way and it was good. My husband had the chili cheese hoagie and we got the glazed Beignets to go.
Overall we would definitely come back to try other menu options.

When I walked into Island Snowball it was super clean and there were so many options to choose from, even flavors I’ve never seen before. I decided to try something new, “biscoff cookie”, and I am so glad I did. It was sweet, soft, and the presentation was so pretty I almost didn’t want to eat it. We also ordered beignets, and wow, this was only me second time having them but these were INCREDIBLE. Warm, soft, sweet, and beautifully presented. I bought them for dessert that night, but honestly they didn’t even make it though the car ride home. 😂 Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!
Found Island Snowball on Instagram and had to try it! The cheesecake-stuffed icee was amazing—smooth, flavorful, and not stingy with the syrup. The beignets were fresh (I saw them dropped right into the oil, not frozen or microwaved) and tasted just as good as they looked. Everything was delicious, the shop is clean, and the menu has so many flavors to choose from. Definitely a hidden gem I drive up from downtown just for this place! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

The strawberry snoball is my favorite. They have a friendly staff and I always feel welcome when I visit. Plus they use the infamous SnoWizard machine from New Orleans that produces soft ice never chunky.
