Ok I love this place and I been here all of 30 mins, greeted by a beautiful personality with the smile to match. Angie was great and the food was tooooo good. Oxtails were tender and falling off the bone, flavorful. They were about to close and the food was hot and
Fresh. I’m from New York, but live in North Carolina and good Caribbean food is hard to come by. This is bout to be my go to for when I’m in Texas. 10 out of 10. Oh and that rum punch will get you right! TRUST.

The vibe was definitely amazing, service was a 10 out of 10. The bartender slim was very hospitable, fun and friendly. The food tho listen (smacking) I came in town from Boston and I’ve been here for week best food experience yet. The culture and flavor was very authentic

The service was excellent, the atmosphere was smooth nice music ?. The food was finger licking good. The meat patties was packed with meat and flavorful. The oxtails were tender and delicious?. The Rum Punch was ? punching (was good).

The cabbage is coleslaw without the mayo. It is not steamed but is tossed in a lot of vinegar. I hate vinegar and coleslaw so I had to soak it in water at home. I should’ve asked so it wasn't their fault. The rice was a bit undercooked so it wasn't soft. The shrimp was ok but I wished they had deveined it and took the hard tail off. The beef pattie was just ok. I had to cook the cabbage and rice so that they were cooked correctly and tender. I was a bit disappointed but I've come to expect that from restaurants here in Houston. You pay on average $25 for a meal that is really substandard.

The server was really nice and the conversation with her and the other worker was pleasant. I got it to go, but if I had eaten it there with the eye candy from Jamaica that was at the bar, I would not have noticed how disappointing the food was lol

Very friendly, good vibes, hostess very attentive. I had ox tails my son had the curry chicken with peas and rice the food was amazing. This place is a hidden gem!!! You will not be disappointed in the food. Also free wifi
