So I was looking on Google for something to eat and I ran across Island spice on West Little York and when I tell you first of all the place is phenomenal and the bartender name Norah and Angie is amazing and I love her conversation, but let’s get on this food. I had the chicken curry when I tell you this is the best chicken curry, I have ever had in my life and they have hookah games also amazing happy hour and the karaoke you have to come on Thursdays.
It's an authentic Caribbean spot in which you will come across 3 different races of West Indian. Drinks flow well and are strong and food is well enough. Depending on the day you go. Your either going to have a chill atmosphere or a hype bacchanal. It's worth a check out

I was however disappointed by the Mac and cheese - it was pretty bad taste and texture wise. May have just been a miss, but it definitely can be approved upon especially for the wait. I’ll still be back for the oxtails.
