We should have paid attention to the Turkish reviewers. It was a total let down. Pastrami pide was awful, dough was too thick, cheese was cheap, and pastrami bits totally felt low quality and artificial. İskender kebap was a disgrace with a sweet tomato sauce which tasted like ketchup. And the lentil soup was halfway decent, they were still managed to mess that up too. We were passing by Houston, and the city having such a large Turkish community, we wanted to have a decent Turkish food. It was a utter disappointment.

My husband and I visited this weekend, and overall it was a mixed experience. The service was absolutely fabulous, waitress was so nice and the place itself is beautiful. We sat outside on the patio, enjoyed the lovely weather, and really appreciated the nice décor and ambiance. However, the food didn’t meet our expectations. We’ve had better Turkish food at other places, and unfortunately, the dishes we tried here were just okay. Some of the food arrived cold and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. While the atmosphere and service were excellent, the food quality could definitely be improved.
