This is a laid back family style place that is so delicious. There are some food items that are a little different than the Mediterranean food we are all seen. It’s fairly priced and all the recipes are flavorful fresh and fun to try. Love this place. And pretty day on the patio. This is a great place to be!

The more I come here the more disappointed I become. I really want this place to be better but I think it's been around so long it just has sunk to being mediocre.I ordered iskender, the soup, adana kebap, and lahmacunThe Lahmacun was cold and the meat on it didn't look appetizingThe iskender was not served with enough yogurt (it should be served with lots)And the adana lacked flavor.I'm really begging for houston to have a better Turkish restaraunt experience and it's just getting worse.Clearly this place is successful since it's been around for so long and I've been a long time customer but the standards are falling

A simple restaurant with great food. Friendly stuff too. Location is safe and bustling. There is a limited parking in the front. However, the parking garage across the street is free for 2 hrs.
Are you hungry ?If yes, you have to be careful because food is so delicious side and lahmacun (meat bread like a taco ) is juicy and freshly cooked, ayran ( yogurt drink) home made and goes with lahmacun so smooth, atmosphere is really nice ,newly designed, servers has beautiful smiles you'll feel like at your home.beside that really busy place ,you can parking paid or 2 hours free parking. Had a great time bringing my mother here to eat. She loves Turkish culture and we absolutely loved this wonderful establishment. Our server was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed with the rush at the time. However another nice young gentleman helped us out and made everything easier for our original waiter. Loved this place and will be coming back for sure. Highly recommend this Rice Village gem.
