This place has some delicious homemade flour tortillas and they definitely pack the tortillas with a lot of food. They make some pretty fat tacos that will definitely make you full pretty quick. Just get there early as their great food runs out quickly.

It lived up to the hype. We had menudo, gorditas, tacos, and atole. Everything was freshly made. We took breakfast to my uncle and aunt and they couldn't stop talking about how it was obvious this was so fresh. We were told the gorditas are made when ordered and not beforehand, so we did have to wait.That's the big drawback, the wait. I think we stood in line for 15mins before we could order . Then, waited another 30mins for the food. But if the food is good, you're willing to wait. Seems you can call ahead, but this was our first visit.The restaurant is small, only 5 tables. We went to dine-in and immediately realized that wasn't going to happen. We took it to-go. The parking is shared because it's a small strip.One small note: the green sauce wasn't spicy and the atole needed a little sugar. My mom still thought it was delicious.Would definitely go back, but would call in the order.

Ita's tacos is so delicious! I can't believe I have been living in the Channelview area for 13 years and just found out about this place. The staff there is so welcoming and so nice. The homemade flour tortillas, asado, barbacoa, potatoes and eggs is what I ate and was so delicious. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu. Thank you to the person that referred us to that place. Ita's tacos you have just gained a customer for life.
