Don’t waste your time eating here! Look at all the reviews that talk bad about this place. They aren’t wrong! I’m going to corporate about my complaints.

I decided to try Its Just Wings located in Chili’s on fm 1960 horrible decision. I should of stuck to wing stop. I had one wing it was fine I went to go bite my next wing not cooked thru at all. I wouldn’t return to this place because I ordered at 1108 got my to go food at 12 noon.

Great servers, great food, chilis!

The first time I ordered the wings were so good,lots of sauce and tossed correctly. I was excited to order again because of my first experience. Well I get my second order and the bone-in are dry and over cooked (very tough) and not much sauce! so I went to my boneless which were also overcooked and burnt and not much sauce. I was so disappointed that I will probably never order there again even though I love their sauce! Which is very disappointing because we live very close and they would have gotten a good customer!We also ordered a chocolate pastry that even on our bag was labeled chocolate,when we opened our order it was a blueberry lemon. We wanted what we ordered and if they were out we would have taken it off our order.Another thing that I don't appreciate is when making a pick up order it automatically adds a tip!. I do not tip if I drive to pick up my food. I only tip delivery so for it to attempt to automatically take out a tip and I had to go manually take it off is in my opinion disrespectful, if I want to tip **I** will add it myself! It should not automatically be added to my bill!

Wings were so dry and tasted like they have been sitting out all day and they just poured sauce all over them, they did not include ranch in my delivery, so disappointing when you are unable to cook at home and get such low quality food and service, don’t have enough workers? then the managers are the problem, not coming back ever

I dont know why so many bad reviews. This is my 3rd time ordering trough doordaah and we love it the smoked chicken and habanero are both my favorite

Wings were soggy and barley had sauce, if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Ordered the 32 wings, 4 flavors. They didn’t send one of my flavors at all. No one answers the phone. Food was cold.

Wings were cold and soggy even after we waited 40 minutes for our food to be ready. Service is horrible, we went in person to get warm food and didnt get that

All wings come with curly fries - there is literally no way to get "just wings" at this place named Just Wings, despite it being a Chili's with a fake name trying to convince you it's not Chili's

Very deceptive! If I wanted Chili's buffalo wings, I would've intentionally ordered from chilli's! I purposely don't go to Chili's much anymore (especially this location) because their service sucks! Slow and unorganized service makes for a disastrous quick lunch break. I didn't like the wings either.**Update 9/29/21: thanks for your response informing me that you're a virtual kitchen which happens to be inside this Chili's location. I ordered by using Google maps under restaurant tab and came across "it's just wings". I placed the order using the pickup tab. I followed the gps for the listed directions to pickup the order. I went inside and confirmed I was at the correct address. The options online was either pickup or delivery. No curbside was offered. However, it still doesn't change the fact that I find this method of ordering very deceptive and doesn't specify Chili's as the restaurant whether virtual or not. The public should have the choice to choose whose actually handling the food. Point meaning, if I'd known it was from Chili's, I wouldn't have chosen this wing place for the same reason I didn't choose to order from Chili's.
