I decided to try Its Just Wings located in Chili’s on fm 1960 horrible decision. I should of stuck to wing stop. I had one wing it was fine I went to go bite my next wing not cooked thru at all. I wouldn’t return to this place because I ordered at 1108 got my to go food at 12 noon.

false advertising: this is Chili's, the food comes from Chili's. The restaurant is located inside of Chili's. Very misleading, considering people want wings from a predominantly wing spot. These wings were stale and flavorless. I've never ordered Asian zing wings that tasted like nothing. Staff was also rude when I made them aware they did not coat all of my wings in the sauce. $25 for absolute garbage.

The first time I ordered the wings were so good,lots of sauce and tossed correctly. I was excited to order again because of my first experience. Well I get my second order and the bone-in are dry and over cooked (very tough) and not much sauce! so I went to my boneless which were also overcooked and burnt and not much sauce. I was so disappointed that I will probably never order there again even though I love their sauce! Which is very disappointing because we live very close and they would have gotten a good customer!We also ordered a chocolate pastry that even on our bag was labeled chocolate,when we opened our order it was a blueberry lemon. We wanted what we ordered and if they were out we would have taken it off our order.Another thing that I don't appreciate is when making a pick up order it automatically adds a tip!. I do not tip if I drive to pick up my food. I only tip delivery so for it to attempt to automatically take out a tip and I had to go manually take it off is in my opinion disrespectful, if I want to tip **I** will add it myself! It should not automatically be added to my bill!

Fries were good and fresh but they told me my food would be ready in 45 mins glad I pulled up early food was actually done I'm 10 mins which made me think they were precooked cause no way those big gigantic wings, which was another no for me, was ready literally 10 min after I placed the order online. Food would've been cold in 35mins extra mins of just sitting there which is what they order said. Garlic Parmesan was bland as well. Tasted like just grease/oil. If I could get some fresh smaller wings I think they would be great. I literally only ate the small wings which weren't many the bigger the wings the longer you have to cook them and these were still soft on the inside once you get past the skin our outter layer. I started to ask for a refund but I decided to just not go back. One and done with me.

Worst lemon pepper wings I ever tasted, and all I eat is lemon pepper wings. Their fries and pies carry the whole restaurant because their chicken is over cooked with no meat, just skin. Maybe if they took their time it would be better

From the name of the company, what are you expecting? They proudly display on their to-go bag that they do not provide forks, knives or napkins. I'll give them credit for keeping things simple. You can get wings with or without bone. You can get the wings fried or smoked. You can get a drink or dessert. You always get curly fries. You can pickup or get the food delivered. I have to give this place a fourth star because they introduced me to the concept of a "ghost kitchen." If you look up the concept of a ghost kitchen, you'll come across this explanation: "What is the ghost kitchen concept? Ghost kitchens are food prep operations with no waiters, no dining room and no parking lot - really, no public presence whatsoever. But on food delivery apps, they're alive and well. In short, ghost kitchens are physical spaces for operators to create food for off-premises consumption." This place shares the kitchen of a Chili's restaurant. When I ordered online, I was asked when I wanted the wings done. When I completed the order, I was immediately sent an email with instructions for redemption. When the wings were finished I received a text alerting me just that. You are directed to park in the curbside pickup area and simply check in on your phone. They bring the food out to you and you leave their area to consume it elsewhere. All in all, the wings were decent size and prepared well. I like the bold lemon pepper flavor most of all. Simply stated, I enjoyed my wings. Come find a flavor that suits you. For me, the pricing is decent enough for me to patronize them in the future. If they do some variation of a BOGO promotion, the other wing spots may get nervous. This place is worth the try.

Surprising very good ordered 32 wings all the flavors were great. We ordered Buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic, apple bbq. Lemon pepper would of been better with sauce. We were at the pool so they were devoured so fast no picture was taken. They were crispy and the curly fries were awesome. Came super fast too!
first time buyin' and it was crazy good, will definitely be ordering here again. got the boneless honey chipotle wings and my only regret is not getting more

Rubbery, over-cooked, tasted old. Not fresh at all. Fries were junk. This was a total waste of money for me because I threw most of it out. Never again. Update: After looking at it, my apple pie had MOLD on it! Gross and I am upset. Never never again!!!

I should have read reviews before I ordered this from Door Dash. I was confused as to why I received a dessert from Chili's until I read someone else review that says they serve Chili's food. The lemon pepper wings were barely lemony. The honey chipotle was underwhelming on flavor. It was just sweet, didn't have as much Smokey chipotle flavor. Sadly, didn't satisfy my wing craving. I would have been better off ordering wing stop. I didnt get the lemon blueberry pie I ordered and they sent me chilis cake instead.

I guess it lives up to the it's just wings because that's literally what I got. No seasoning at all. And when the wings are naked you can taste how bad the chicken is. Fries were soggy, at least the sprite matched with flatness. Cohesive meal at least. Also no ranch...
