I came here on 11/30 and some dude in a shower cap screamed at me after asking what my order was. He postured himself like he wanted to fight me, took his red shirt off leaving a black under shirt only on. Once I said we can fight if he wants he cried and ran inside muttering “I hate my job” and I’m pretty sure once he went inside the girl who took my order with “baby girl” on her bottom kissed him on the forehead and held him. I don’t know what you guys have going on here but I will not be returning to Jack in the box ever. Crazy experience

Awful, I hate this jack in the box. They don't take pride nor cook with love. Have you sitting in the front for some cold food. OST, gulf freeway, and off of briar forest the best everything is hot and good. The lady at the window was so rude at 12am then she had the cook to bring the food out with those plastic cooking gloves

This location is disgusting. Restrooms are filthy, and the lobby is nasty. The food taste old and stale. Very disappointed

Every time I come and do a mobile order. I get here on time and they still make me park up front to give me my food. I wait like 10-15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches or a single burger and it’s the most inconvenient & frustrating experience I’ve had.

This is literally one of the worst fast food chains/franchises in the area, especially late night. The corporate office should do a complete revamp on their hours if they’re not capable of delivering adequate services during their hours of operation.
