I went to Old Spanish Trail & a Manager named Maria was very rude to me.I was a paying customer.After I ate I need to use there restroom facility.This manager basically waved me off!Gardenia is a excellent employment .I normally come this location to get my evening taco 🌮 but after this experience I doubt I will be returning.Very unsatisfied.😤

Went through the drive-through June 23, 2025 at 1:40 AM in the morning I ordered a ranch chicken sandwich with no rice sauce. They cooked an old chicken patty and dropped it back in the grease and they let it get hot as possible, and then they put it on the bun. The bun was old and not toasted. The fries was fresh. As a continuous Jack in the box patron, I wanted to report the unsatisfactory, rude, and disrespectful treatment that I received from a drive thru window Cashier/Manager (other colleagues said Maria) on 06/04/24 around 9:30 -10pm located @3601 Old Spanish Trail, Houston,Tx. Initially, I asked if the restaurant still sold either the Bacon and cheese potato wedges or Chili and Cheese fries. The Cashier replied that the wedges weren’t being sold, but they sold the C/C Curly Fries. I noticed that I had Chili flavored fries immediately after leaving the parking lot. As a result, I came back through the Drive -Thru only to be met with a terrible attitude and unpleasant and unprofessional mouth of the Cashier/Manager that scolded me for asking if they still sold chili and cheese fries in the first place. She also told me that “It is not her job to talk to customers about their order “ (which was mind blowing considering how communication is the core of customer service). She continuously displayed a great deal of micro - aggressive behavior by talking about me and pointing at me to her other colleagues in Spanish as I sat and waited for my refund for the wrong order. As a healthcare worker and from my past experience of working in a Customer Service role, I mentioned to the cashier the importance of apologizing and exercising positive conflict resolution versus gaslighting and talking down to customers when you’re wrong, and she continued to be unprofessional while making me wait for my refund. This location can definitely use a orientation class on Customer Service and Leadership.

Dont even know where to start, you somehow cook my food but still comes out raw? Someone needs to fix this, i cant even go buy food without getting scammed. Horrible food, i will not be coming back to this JACK again, makes me even want to stop buying from Jack period.

They made 3 mistakes in the drive through and when I got down they looked at me with a judgy face like maybe they should've just done the order right in the first place. Especially their costumers can't even have the right look in their face 😒

I ordered delivery through the mobile app for this location and they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 boxes of the Nashville hot chicken and an order of curly fries, but received 2 boxes of chicken nuggets instead.

I have been calling repeatedly to try and get a refund for my order, but no one ever picks up no matter the time, and the voicemail box is always full meaning that they don't check messages. Horrible management team.
