The food came out fairly fast although I paid for sauce and the meal don’t come with on I had to wait five minutes for my sauce despite the wait I end up ordering churros there was no sweet sugar on them they were just fried but overall my meal was ok it could have been better but while I was sitting in I over hear a customer come in the employee told them that her coworker was drunk cooking food and that she would give them free food i so I guess Jack in the Box giving out free food.

Terrible lady overnight worker was VERY rude had to come back through drive thru a second time bc she forgot 4 items and told her the fries were stale .She didn't curse or anything like that just throwing food in bag aggressively like ok then ,my bad I guess I should just go somewhere else next time . SMH.

They cook they eggs too hard and too long they don't be fresh for any sandwich, or burger that requires them, and when you tell them In a nice way they get an attitude. I don't appreciate that. Because y'all have some employees there that's really Good and Hard Workers not to say that your cooks aren't good workers they just dont listen when you say fresh eggs. I think it's a language barrier and we not understanding each other. That's my only problem. And one of the ladies that do the drive thru she don't speak good English i d wont sayher name but she be quick to say you order something and you didn't I don't like that. And I'm now a very calm person. I won't allow Nobody to talk to me any kind of way. That's my complaint

We live in the Med Center and this is the closest JITB to us. We’ve never had an issue with our food or the service - which is more than I can say about surrounding fast food restaurants. It doesn’t matter the time or day, the employees are kind and you don’t get attitude for simply order food. Anytime we have a late night fast food craving, JITB on Spanish Trail is our place!

I went to Old Spanish Trail & a Manager named Maria was very rude to me.I was a paying customer.After I ate I need to use there restroom facility.This manager basically waved me off!Gardenia is a excellent employment .I normally come this location to get my evening taco 🌮 but after this experience I doubt I will be returning.Very unsatisfied.😤
