Sometimes, people drive the wrong way in the drivethru... like literally, they enter through the exit. Jack might need to put a sign at the drive-thru exit saying "Do Not Enter."

The drive thru lady was rude 3 times by closing the doors and I was talking to her. She wanted me to park in the front and I asked her for a buttermilk ranch and she wanted me to pay 75 cents for it and I said that I have to wait and she closed the doors on me. Each time I was trying to talk to her she closed the doors on me. I was not being rude to her in any way. She continued to close the doors on me while I was talking. I think that it was very unprofessional so I went to another place to spend my money. Money is hard to come by and being disrespected is something that I will not tolerate when I spend my money. I Don know if this lady was having a rough day or something because she has always been nice but not today.

The staff is too slow!!!!! they laugh, talk irrelevantly, pretend that you are not there. We stood in line for 40 minutes, then waited for an order. Management take action!

I had a terrible experience. AT 11:00 February 9th 2024.If you can go on the cameras.STORE # 3601 Old Spanish Trails jack in the box .The cashier had black hair a hispanic wearing glasses that I believe was the manager.The cashier Refuse to give me her name.I door dash so I had to use the restroom.I am from the Katy area.When I walked in, there was a line.I asked the woman can she unlock the restroom and that I was a customer. She shook her head no.I told her I was going to order.She yelled wait as loud and rude.I said ma' me you told me no.She said you are not a customer. SO When it was finally my turn I asked her name she said I'm not helping you and walked off.i was very polite.i ask can I please order and can she please unlocked the restroom. I thanked her despite of how rude she was to me.I am an African American woman.I got racist vibes.Something must be done.I never raised my voice and was more then nice.I ask fora manager was denied the right to talk to anyone about my concerns .

This place is sad I asked for regular sugar with my coffee ☕ and gave me some yellow packets. When I asked for regular sugar she she had an attitude and gave me 3 packets now you know this is not enough for coffee and I asked for more she said something in Spanish at her coworker and looked at me like I was going to drive off. Nope I didn't I waited patiently for my sugar packets . I will not come back to them today or tomorrow. Have a nice day and a better life . Rude

I was return a boba milk tea that had hard boba balls from earlier before work.. I came back after work to return the food for 2 tacos and the lady with the big hoops earrings was very rude closed the window in my face while I was trying tell explain to her politely that my drink wasn’t how it was supposed to be.. the other lady was just laughing and they both were very unprofessional and were not very good employees today.. managers need to train there over night crew in a better way because what I experienced today with over was not satisfied.. I will be talking to the management Monday about what happened today and hopefully not anybody else has to go through some the same thing.01/07/2024Parking: OST
