Closed but it’s 24hrs and I see y’all inside’
First, they wouldn't take my order on the intercom. They had me pull up which was fine. I ordered the peach infused energy drink Red Bull special tea drink and instead she brought me the peach edition Red Bull drink in a can by itself and that's not what I wanted and curly fries and I guess they didn't understand that. I understood Spanish and I heard one of the girls saying oh only the curly fries. Yes yes only the curly fries and my drink and you didn't even give it to me the right way and so it's customer service. I work at customer service. Customer service is key that's why you guys are stuck with a 3.7 something
I went into the Jack in the box action for a salad with crispy Chicken. I guess they just pulled a salad out of the refrigerator, and fried two pieces of chicken strips, and gave me two whole strips. I had to cut my own strips up and put it in my own salad which was stupid. Why couldn't they take out a couple of more minutes to put the strips on a salad like everyone else? Just because you work in the black area of town don't mean give them less service.

The manager that's there on Saturday's around lunch is very disrespectful. I was locked in the bathroom and stereotypes as homeless. I will never return to this location

Sandra G is rude & over worked…horrible food breakfast platter hard ass Hashbrowns and French toast overcooked hard is a brick. You can hit somebody in the head with it and knock them out. I tried to call to complain about the food. They never answered. I want my money back please never go there.

I run Uber eats and around 3:30am I arrived at this location. I sat in a long line waiting to get to the window it took almost 2 hours before I even got my order. Then when I got the order my customer asked for sauce the lady working said they are out. I started thinking in my head that they need management and that they need more employees cause it looked like she was the only one working. Jack in the box needs to do better. U want a store to be open 24/7 then have more employees working. Hire in people. U now have customers ordering online upset and mad. U also have the delivery driver upset. On top of your own employee working. I am sure she's stressed out and upset. I'm surprised she's not walked out on y'all.

They need to screen their employees for the knowledge of what meat is. How come I order a number 1 with just meat and cheese. And the guy removes bacon off the burger. And then charges me for bacon, to put on my burger. This guy tells me that since I said meat and cheese, bacon is technically not meat, and he thought, I meant only patty. I'm so frustrated I had though pay extra for bacon.

I experienced this place for the first time. The portions are small to me, but the service speed and staff interest are very good. We stop by as we pass by and buy something for a snack. The prices are very good

The food here is really good super fresh but the time is longer although I don’t rate for that I rated for the employees in the afternoon so one lady says “it’s just me and my manager” and when someone asks if they can work there the lady got super snarky and said “we don’t want anyone to work over here with us, we’re fine”… they weren’t getting orders just slightly wrong but snarky remark when someone genuinely asked for a job was crude and unwarranted behavior which is why the score is low other than waiting inside and drive waiting in the driver through the place is clean the Central air works it’s just everybody angry and complaining about being tired and their back and feet hurting

Today we went on drive thru only ordered 6 tacos and they told us to wait at front we waited 20 min and no one came until I went inside and told me there was no one at the place and the manager i think it was she was wearing a purple shirt she was so rude since we ordered she got mad and told us we have to wait horrible services is not the first time it happens don't go here
