I ordered a large fry and this is what I received. My egg rolls were cooked too long and the ends were very hard. Will not go back here.

late night drive thru is useless they’ll tell you to drive around so you can spend 40 minutes waiting on your order. they need more help. Don’t waste your time coming after 2am.

My family & I came to eat today. As well pulled into the drive through to place our order i asked what drinks are offered. Minaj P responded that she does not have time to go over drinks with me. I responded that it's fine if she is busy & that i will wait until she was not busy. Mina P responded by laughing repeatedly in my face & stating that I must not want my food. The team leader had to step in and take over while sending Mina P away. Team Leader was great but Mina P was a very rude & horrible employee. Will never come back as long as Mina P is working here!

Business does NOT operate as advertised. Says 24 hours that is NOT true. They close when they feel like it. This location needs to change their hours to reflect when they are actually open. Zero stars!!!

Never seen a bunch of lazy workers, they don’t even bother coming to the speaker. Just go ahead and leave they usually “closed” at night even tho they’re 24/7 but that’s what u get when u hire a bunch of lazy people.

When I come to the USA, my first choice is always Jack in the box, but unfortunately it does not have branches in every city. I love their burgers. I ordered it again with ubereats last night and the taste was great. I definitely recommend

today this day 12/2/2024 we went to the jack in the box restaurant address 251 green rd they gave us terrible service we wanted to order the manager was spoiled here can I contact the manager who is in that place is not worth it

This lady is making food with no gloves on...so I tell the lady who is taking my order about it..she heard my conversation stop and put on the gloves...then some rude team leader in red shirt..start asking due I want my money back....I told her it's not about the money...she should wear gloves at all time when handling ppl Food!!
