Need to bring the old crew back the man cook that cooked last night on febuary the 3rd at 9:45 p.m. Burger was dry most of all I ordered a ultimate bacon burger which is a number three and they gave me an ultimate burger. Management support work at the throughout the day. Most of all need to bring the old crew back at least they know how to cook and get the line as fast as possible instead of having them wait.Parking: Fix that big old pot hole

Why not just shut this place down and open something better up? The employees here at night are literally paid to not even work it seems. Waited for 5 mins at the intercom for someone to take my order, nothing. Drove around to leave, no one even at the window or anything. Went to the Wendy’s parking lot next door, and watched 2-3 other cars not have their orders taken either. What are y’all paying them for? ?

Had a great experience customer service on point pretty lady's perfect place for shelter just be aware coming at night is a burger really worth the risk of getting robbed or possibly killed maybe so,also amazing place to rest relax staff is amazing the best place to spend the night a lot of amazing people you wouldn't even know the lobby is a homeless shelter but I had a great time staff working hard they need a raise for sure

Walked in for lunch . First thing I see is 2 homeless ppl sleeping. Another person eating Chinese food on laptop. Very unpleasant jack in the box . Doesn't matter what food taste like after that .

The nights shift guy Carlos needs to be fired. He had us all waiting at the intercom for 15mins until we drove around and blew the horn. Then he came to the window (from being outside smoking)with a very rude attitude and cursed at me and my little sister because we were asking questions about the menu I could already tell he didn’t want to take our order in the first place. We told him to please not be rude but he then just slammed the window in our face and refused to take our order. If this is the type or person that jack n the box will have on shift corporate will be getting complaints on him and the store manager for allowing him to represent the company like this.

I sat at in drive though for 15 minutes untilI finally pulled around to the front window where I was greeted by Carlos who already had an attitude and upon telling him what my order was I answered a simple yes when he asked me if that was what I wanted and he then proceeded to get very disrespectful and say I’m not taking your order and then slammed the window in my face and I don’t appreciate that that is not ok and no one should have to go through what I went through and just know if you come late night be mindful and expect this type of behavior because this what they do and it is not ok
Got a chicken sandwich last night and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant ever. The crispy chicken patty was definitely sitting in the warming drawer for HOURS and I guess they couldn’t be bothered with frying a fresh one. So I received a piece of chicken as hard and dry as a hockey puck. I could only take one bite. Plus their credit card machine is always broken and twice we’ve gone late night just to be told they were closed.Absolutely terrible.
