This location says it’s open 24hrs but if you go after 12am it’s always “we not taking any orders”, “our system is down” and my favorite, “we are out of tacos” gas is entirely too high to be wasting, just close this location after 12am if the workers don’t want to work.
Update! Just visited AGAIN it’s 3:58am on 12/15 and they claim their system is down. Please hire people who want to work. It’s sad this is how customers are being treated.

On multiple different occasions I have had to wait one or two days (Multiple times) to get a refund on a mobile order because they messed up my order.
This place is trash! I ordered and my order was close to $60 dollars for my family and everything was horrible!!! They refused to answer and give me a refund. The manager and crew that night was very disrespectful and gay. The manager rolled his eyes smacked his lips and slammed the window 😡😡😡

I went there this morning i got 6 tacos and a large coke. They gave me the tacos and they was too old, lettuce super dry and the tortilla hard to eat. I didn’t try the coke until i got home and they gave me dr pepper instead of regular coke. Such a waste of money and time. Also the drive thru window has no glass they have a piece of wood covering it so you can not see what they are doing with your credit card or with your food before handling it to you. Worst experience ever.

Decided to take advantage of the Astros promo, if they win with 3 or more runs you will get a free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large coke. Placed my order at 2:45pm, there where only 3 employees and none of them seem to care of how long out orders where taken to be ready. One lady requested a refund and no one responded, she finally left with no food and no refund.
I requested a refund a didn’t happened either, I finally got my order at 3:11pm and I requested if I could get 2 fresh burgers because the ones I finally got sat on the line for 15 minutes and the cook a skinny fellow denied my request……In frustration I took my food and 2 drinks and yes!!! All I heard as I was leaving one of the lady employee laughing . That was after me pouring one of my drinks in the dinning area. I don’t want free food nor any money back, this is not my first bad experience at this location.

This is the only Jack in the Box I go to cuz the food is always fresh and the customer service is always on point but today June 25th, 2024 at around 12:30pm I pull up to drive thru trying to order and the lady is dry rushing me! I can't even order my food right cuz every time I say sumthin she cut me off. I'm literally still ordering and she keep asking "Anything else... anything else... anything else..." Well if you listen and stop rushing me you could hear what else. So aggy... I'm trying to order my meal and steady being rushed so I didnt order my sandwich right. When I get to the window about 6 seconds later) and tell her how I want it, she got a WHOLE attitude. I said well I couldn't think straight with you fast talkin me like that! She just looked at me and then walked away. I also forgot to get my veggies on the side so I pulled up, parked, got out and went in. I asked to order (which means 'pay for') a side of lettuce, onion, and pickle. This unprofessional behind lady says out loud "I knew it!" Whatever that meant. Then she tells the other girl, "no she can't order that because it comes on the sandwich, not on the side" and they don't have a button for it on the side. I just looked at her and right when I was finna let her have it... my phone rung. A very important phonecall that I had been waiting a long time for so I let her make it... today. I will not be visiting anymore in the day time... I'll go in the evening when the people there with manners.

Went through the drive-thru yesterday around 1am and noone was there. Lights were on. I waited about 15 minutes before leaving. Drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours. Do better.
