i went to jack in the box this location around 7:30pm i ordered and they gave me a completely different meal so i went back to the window the dude with the little neck braids gone say “ we cant swap it and we dont do refunds” ive never heard of that but okay so i left the food i wasnt going to eat that shit i didnt order it and he took the food probably ate it so i walked away no food and no refund who can i talk to about this?

Order was placed through drive-thru and prepared in a timely manner. Service was okay. The only thing that stood out was the fact that I ordered a Sprite and got this dirty water looking drink. Pretty sure Sprite is all clear & fizzy. If all sodas are coming from the same nozzle, I can see why it would be a different color, but this seems too yellow🤢 Makes me wonder if they’re not cleaning the soda machine, what else aren’t they cleaning?
