I ordered online and they forgot my drinks n the rest of the food, i try to call to the restaurant and no body answer the phone i just spend almost $30 bucks for nothing really bad customer service!

Came in late with a small order, around 3 or 4 workers in the building, and it took 20 minutes for a single drink, no ice. They asked me to move back (out of the sensor) and carried out several orders to other cars waiting outside. When I got the drink (20 minutes later) I watched them pull the ice out of it by hand, and then they gave me the wrong straw. I didn't drink it, and I will never be coming back. I suggest the rest of you avoid this location as well, its unsanitary.

I don’t know if he’s got a girlfriend, but he hit his Jack-in-the-Box on York now let’s move onto my l other girl Brianna is the most beautiful and very respectful young woman. Please give her a raise. Her establishment is on point baby. Let me talk about my little baby over here. Mariah was sweeping and cleaning and very, very, very respectful I love the service the atmosphere the food very very good people. Please give them a raise and please let other people know that they are good people. Thank you for having people like this. Added establishment on York. Thank you thank

I confess this is the first time I've ever been to this location of Jack in the Box. But I was really impressed. The bilingual manager at the front was particularly cordial and helpful. I use a cane when I'm out and around. She was quick to notice that and even offered to help me get my soft drink and bring it to a table. Five stars all around! The next time I am at this location, I will be sure to stop in!
Kid-friendliness: It's very clean and the bathrooms were spotless! Certainly kid friendly.
