I am extremely disappointed with this Jack in the Box. My very first bad encounter was one morning when I was the only person in line, and they still couldn’t get my order right. They made me pull around to the front of the building and wait 30 minutes just for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown.
The attitude at this location has been consistently terrible. They slam the drive-thru window in my face, speak rudely, and act annoyed even when they are the ones messing up the order.
I am extremely disappointed with this Jack in the Box. My entire order was wrong, and I had to go through the drive-thru two to three times just to finally get it corrected. Each time, the staff had a bad attitude and acted like I was the inconvenience, even though they were the ones who messed up the order.
When I asked to speak to the manager and asked for her name (Ursula), she cursed at me and had an attitude as well. This isn’t the first time either. this location is always like this. I never hear anyone say anything positive about this Jack in the Box, and now I completely understand why.
I spent $30 and still received terrible service. This is absolutely unacceptable, and something needs to be done about the way this location is being run. I will not be returning unless major changes are made.

I come here almost daily to get churros to satisfy my sweet tooth and they always make they are fresh and hot. Same thing when I ordered my curly fries. Staff is always professional and friendly. Will continue to return.

Went inside and ordered food. Made to order... hot and delicious 😋. Got the $10 box with a cluck sandwich, 2 tacos, curly fries and a root beer. Sheer perfection. Staff was friendly, patient and kind. Place was clean. Definitely recommend this location.

The woman working the drive thru had an attitude and seemed to be annoyed because I placed my order online (Jack in the Box app). When I pulled up to the window she rudely said it’s not ready yet so back up behind the pole. Is that standard practice? What difference, in wait time, does it make if the order came through right when I pulled up to the speaker or if I had placed the order at the speaker to begin with? When she gives me my order, it’s packaged and taped as if it’s a DoorDash order or something.

I’ve been going to this Jack in the Box since it opened, and every single time I go they always mess up at least one thing of my order. Wrong drink, wrong order, wrong condiments. And the other times I went late after a night shift and the shake machine wasn’t working. Then I kid you not the next day after another long shift I’m about to order through a drive through and the worker tells me there’s no cook available? If y’all have no problem driving an extra 7-10 minutes to the Jack in the Box on W. Fuqua, then go there. This happened in a span since it’s opening and I used to go here randomly, then last week I ordered for the first time in about a year from them and they still gave me the wrong drink!
I had a terrible experience at this Jack in the Box location. I ordered a cheeseburger with no tomatoes, no mayo, and added bacon. The first burger had tomatoes and was missing other ingredients. I went back through the line, explained it again, and the second burger still wasn’t right. It didn’t have onions or pickles, and the sauces were wrong.
I even asked the manager if maybe I misunderstood what was supposed to be on the burger, but it was clear they just couldn’t get the order right. On top of that, they forgot my Monster cheese sticks the first time.
When the second order came out wrong, I tried calling the store, but the voicemail box was full. I checked the number on the official website, so I know it was correct.
I also noticed another review mentioning that customers were asked to back up in the drive-thru, which happened to me too. I imagine they do this because it helps their time score from order to window, but that doesn’t seem honest.
By the time I got home, I didn’t even want to eat the food. I just threw it away. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get what you ordered. And not be able to get someone on the phone. The only thing they got right were the fries, and oddly, they gave me mustard in a huge container.
People vote with there money, there are other options. I won’t be returning.

Everyone I go here they don't have something. The built this location like it would be nice. I ask for secret sauce on my sandwich they put so little that the bread soaked it up before my husband made it home with the food. Now I'm sitting up here looking at him like he crazy. Please get the orders right. You all out here causing relationship problems where the shouldn't be 🤣

Trying to understand why is it that every time we come here . Place our order at the box , make it to the window and are asked to back up to the red pole. When there's no one in the line🤷🏼♀️
2 stars because the curly fries & sprite were crispy
I ordered 2 bacon & Swiss buttery smashed jacks & I received a buttery smashed jack & a sourdough jack… they gave us the wrong burgers & didn’t even make the wrong burgers right. They should’ve had tomatoes. Triple check your food before you leave.

Food was stale yesterday and I went in about 10 AM and the lady up front was new she didn’t know what she was doing overall I ordered a Breakfast Jack a la carte , a extreme sausage combo sub curly and coffee add sweet cream . Jack was stale and i didn’t get curly fries , and the coffee was burnt and stale I went in today and spoke to the rude manager Brittney she didn’t help and to make matters worse they didn’t even give me a receipt yesterday but I have the pay statement and Brittney didn’t look she told us to pull to the front so we can talk she didn’t even come out and that turned into a whole entire hour

Today’s my second time receiving old reheated food from the morning staff here . The tacos were old lettuce inside looked rotten just very unappealing and unacceptable serving to the public.
