This place is still on google maps even though its not even open anymore. The map leads you to a parking lot even indicating it was inside the walgreen drive through. Take it off google maps if its not there anymore.

Nov 7, 25 night shift crew 7pm, especially that tomboy cashier were very unprofessional and purposely slow. She had me pull to Lane 1. They assisted 3 cars at the window, 2 cars in the wait lanes, and when i stepped inside and asked for the order, its sitting on the counter!! Burgers were smushy and wet.

Nancy has the worst customer service. The guy that took our order did not give us all our items he made us pull up to the front of the restaurant to wait for our order and we were missing half our order. We pulled back up in the drive thru and she started giving us an attitude . Telling us she has a line and not really trying to resolve the issue. Until I had to get upset back with her cause she was giving us an attitude so I returned the same energy. Jack in the box please do better. I think she is a manager and does not deserve that position if she is.

Service rating is poor. The common trend for poor service and food is to treat the customers poorly so that the business will be slow for having fewer customers, meaning less work for the employees ( easy money).

Cant leave a 0 star rating if I could. Worst customer service ever. Asked for my missing ranch for 2 meals and only was given one. Once I asked the worker named Emily she just slammed the window in my face. Another worker had to get the ranch for me while she just stood there starring me down. Worst customer service. Has not been the first time workers are rude.

Placed a mobile order, for some reason it sent it to the last location i was around and not the one i was currently parked outside off. No option of cancelling the order through the phone. This store I’m at refuses to help. Says i have to replace the order. Asked about my refund they said “idk my friend” called the store that the order was sent to. Spoke with a Lurdes she was not helpful at all. Apparently jack in the box cannot cancel orders or refund you through the app. You have to inconvenience yourself and go to the location for a physical refund. When i told her how is this possible, she said “your the one that placed the order to the wrong location” in a nasty way. I’m a long time customer at jacks, i will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest someone Reaches Wendy’s and asks how their app works. Because you can cancel orders or transfer them to a different store. Very unprofessional and now i lost $10
Came in to pick up a uber order workers were sitting down talking when I asked if order was ready I was disregarded for the next person in line and I was ignored....manager was apologetic but very nonchalant... how you sitting down talking and the Uber order is not ready you get the Uber order before I even drive there

Although the map on Google seems to show this at Walgreens, the newer location, next to Denny’s, is nice and clean. I’ve had one bad visit on an evening. However, I have done well on my other visits. I especially am impressed with the morning staff. My real issue is with the fountain drinks always tasting like cough syrup.
