I was a recent customer and seen an employee go into the men’s bathroom with I’m assuming his partner and came out both without washing there hands and served food to not only me and others I requested a refund immediately the boy named is Juan was absolutely rude

I never really like coming to jack in the box until they had this young female with glasses oh my gosh she would always make my day and always have a good attitude towards me and I haven’t seen her there in a while, jack in the box just lost a wonderful worker as well as a consumer because this other female would seem to have a attitude or just a straight face I am not saying that they have to socialize with us but they have to be more respectful towards us

I just left the drive-thru. I requested that my food be made fresh, the young lady and said sure no problem. I pulled to the front to wait, expecting my food to be hot. They made my fries fresh only, then gave me a cold sloppy Jumbo Jack with cheese that tasted old. Don't acknowledge that you'll do something and then not do it, that's poor customer service.

Only reason it’s not one star is because the older woman cooking the food was on point . Sadly she had two lazy younger Kids working the front, hopefully she had another hand back there because all they did was stand around and look stupid. The young lad taking my order had his AirPod in and was blankly staring at me when I told him my ice coffee wasn’t good and that I wanted to just switch it for a fountain drink . Before then he acted as if he didn’t see me trying to get his attention so I could tell him before he was trying to hand the food out of the window … he had a dry attitude because I wanted another drink and gave me a small drink as if I didn’t just pay $4 for that ice coffee. Like I said, if the food wasn’t as fresh and well prepared as it was , I would’ve just got a refund on the whole order solely off of the front of house staff and their lacking capability to make a damn coffee / fix their mistakes accordingly and without a lame attitude.

Served food that is raw, spicy chicken sandwich were not cooked, tacos had nasty taste . This location is going down hill with all these young new people who need more training.

I don’t know what is going on with these Jack In The Box(s) on Navigation but it’s weird how between the hours of 3am-5am THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY CANT SERVE THE CUSTOMER. I came to this location last week around 3am and we were told they are not taking orders at that time. 🤷🏽♂️ Ok! Tonight I pull up at 4am and I’m told the system is down. 😳 Are you people in the business of 24 hour service or 24 hour excuses as to why you can never serve your customers. This was a big waste of time and I would encourage anyone don’t waste your time ate either of these Jack in the box locations on Navigation. It’s obvious the people here working late night aren’t interested in doing any work. I’ve never heard of a place who’s system is ALWAYS down!

On 05/03/2025 around 5pm placed an order thru the mobile app ask for taco sauce and borrito sauce they said it was in the bag when check there wasn't any told the person and he gave it to me and told me here's the sauce and don't cry

The manager on duty and her crew were very disrespectful!!!! I was going to order on the app, but there were a few technical issues, but when I decided to place my order on the counter I was completely ignored! I literally stood there for almost 20 minutes, NOT EVEN A HELLO, NOTHING! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
