Service is great But corporate needs to keep buttermilk in stock along with the curly fries which is what separates from the rest of chains I have 3 stars for food cause of store runs out of the buttermilk and curly fries

Probably the worst Jack I've ever been too. I work nearby, and nearly every time I come they get my order wrong, or have a bad attitude. I've gotten food poisoning from them twice already. If it wasn't the only fast food nearby I wouldn't go at all. Had bullet holes in the glass door a couple of months ago, now they charge for water. Told the manager that the water taste weird and if she could get me a fresh one. She said no. Please avoid this place, there's also always homeless people hanging around outside, and inside as well.

It's supposed to be 24 hours, today I went and they told me it was closed and sometimes they don't have chips or tacos and they make us wait 30 minutes, it's just bad

It was ok. So I went again 10/26 only because it's the closest one to my job. They have me the complete opposite of what I asked for ? And my friend were salted and I asked for no salt. It's terrible. I'm just going to start driving to another location out of the way, to hopefully get better service.

The worst ever!!! Drive thru people are rude they don’t have product to sell what on the menus when asked to speak to a manager they don’t have on on duty absolutely the worst!!!

So I was headed to the thrift store on this side of town and my son yelled out he wanted jack so we swerved into the drive through lol. I always loved their regular size tacos with my buttermilk to dip my tacos in,so I was super excited to see they had "monster tacos" which are much bigger! I got 2 and they were good! Very friendly girl at the drive through!
