1/2/2026 I was the only customer in the store and they took my order right away. I waited a long time for my food when I received my food decided to eat in the car. The curled fries were horrible some burnt fries mixed with regular fries. The ranch chicken sandwich was the worst I have ever tasted. The meat was over cooked to crisp the chicken was so small and tough from being over cooked. I threw the food away. I do not recommend this location. $12 wasted!

Went there during night time, they were open and serving customers.
A young man took my order over the speaker at drive thru and was extremely rude and impatient.
He stopped taking my order 3 times to do something else and I had to wait for minutes with 5 cars behind me waiting in drive thru.

After finally going back talking to me, he threatened to stop taking my order.
Even though he’s the one wasting my time and making me wait?

Finally, a young woman ended up taking over the speaker because maybe he was getting mad.

She was professional and efficient. And finished taking my order.

If that was the end I would not be writing this review:
However, I ended up missing my whole burger which I paid for on my receipt after driving away.
So they forgot to give me part of my order.

If customers pay, they should get their whole order.
I hope that they fix the young’s man attitude, to give customers a better experience.

I order off the app just so they dont mess up my order and they found a way to beyond mess it up. I ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich, didn't put my sauces in my bag and not only that the lady there was rude and had a nasty attitude. Will not be coming back to this location until they learn to read and be nice to others

Literally stopped at this Jack-in-the-Box to get my son and I dinner for the night before we had to head home and we don’t live close to Jack-in-the-Box and they messed up my order and I’m calling them so they can refund me because I’m not paying for it and they just wanna hang up no skills with customer service there are people at the window. Don’t know how to listen and they suck. You’d rather just travel down the road to Drive-through restaurant that knows how to listen then stop here now I have to drive all the way over there because I am demanding my money back

Update OK to the manager who’s there? She is a utter complete mean person first of all I explained my situation over the little boss and yes, I drove the whole hour back because I wanted my refund and I explained to her very nicely and she’s route tells me to come to the second window all annoyed I go to the second window. I explained to her Again the second window because she says what do I need Grab my son‘s hamburger and I told her I just want a refund the little door on me rude I have to get the attention of another young girl there and tell her to let her manager know for the third time. I do not want it remade. I do not want your crappy food. I want a refund of my money back a refund And her boss that’s all annoyed walked around looking for the key. I’m holding out my credit card for her to refund it back to my credit card because it’s not hard to refund it back to the same card that I just used hours ago but no she rudely open Till Get some cash out and basically throw it in my hands before snatching the fries that I had with my other hand to her because I did not want the burger or the damn fries. I didn’t want any of. It rose her eyes to go toss the fries because I did not want them. Did not appreciate the fact that she shoved the money The money like that I have never had this root of an experience with any restaurant in the drive-through. This is rude and all because they screwed up on my son‘s kids meal and did not make it plain, even though it was told to them that it needed to be plain just meat and cheese. Nothing else on it at least three times when I originally placed the order. Very rude will never be going back there again I think corporate needs to go and fire some people because honestly, you cannot work in fast food like that and have that much of an attitude when you were wrong in the first place And I’m a very forgiving person and I forgive little mistakes, but the fact that the manager was continuously rude to me about it. Nope never coming here again you might as well just drive down a little more and find a restaurant will you’ll be treated a little bit more with respect

Hands down, my fav j in the b. The employees are always genuinely smiling and the food is always fresh. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by its employees’ attitude. The owners/ management must actually care. Keep on keepin on yall. Also yall were so nice to my dog in the drive through. Genuinely awesome staff.

Wife had ultimate cheeseburger and egg rolls. Son had t pain meal. Both were good. I had a smash burger and it was awful. Bun was hard and stale. Burger was tiny.

Placed an online order, got to jack in the box, Hispanic lady told me they don't have the popcorn chicken so I asked if I could get a refund for it, she said it should let you cancel the order on the app, I said no you can't there was literally no option as it said the order was finished and she said yes you can then i said can I substitute the popcorn chicken for something else and she said the only thing you can get is the chicken nuggets but my fiance didn't want the chicken nuggets he wanted the order canceled and refunded or what he wants. I asked if she could make the jumbo jack and fries instead for my fiancé and she made the jumbo jack but walked away before I had a chance at asking for the fries too.
At this point, I am unashamedly holding up the line because you're not gonna steal my fiancé's money and not even give him options of another meal to eat for dinner. He had to reach out to customer service for a refund. And the patty on the jumbo jack looked very crusty so they definitely did not put the effort into the one thing he was gonna eat for dinner.
