This is a fairly new jack in the box. I guess they are still getting their act together. It feels like there is a management issues. Food takes a long time to be ready. If your order online they start working on your order when you get there. It defeats the purpose of ordering online. They don't have sauces when you ask. It's just a mess overall

Went on August 9 and I can not believe the audacity of some teenage girl they have working there. I ordered 3 combos all with curly fries and then order an extra curly fries and of course I paid for the extra curly fries as stated on my receipt. When I got my order I was missing the extra curly fries, so I let her know and even tried giving her the bag back so she can check herself. She slammed the little drive thru window and asked something to another worker and then asked for my receipt in which I showed her the extra charge for extra large curly fries and then opens it and says she already gave them to me and I show her the bags and ask her where and she closes the window again and talks to the other worker again and opens up again and tells me with another attitude I know your not missing any curly fries but I'm still gonna give them to you and slams the window at this point I'm like what is going on she is completely insane just give me my fries that I paid for already, Im giving you the receipt I'm showing you the bags so when she comes back to give me the fries, I tell her where's her manager at. She's all talking mess and slams the window and some lady comes out apologizing for that teenagers behavior. I explain to the lady that I was not wrong that they shouldn't have incompetent workers that don't know how to read a receipt. Do better Jack in the box.

This place might be new but the service and the food is top notch trash. The employees is just there for a check and honestly racist! I ordered a egg roll and it was so hard and burnt and its not eatable, the tacos was less than luke warm. They need to close this place down and hire an entire new staff including the manager because there's no way you should be happy with quality of service and food coming out of your restuarant.

I went this jack in box on Sunday. They served me old tacos, and they were cold. This is the second time. When I asked them to make them fresh. They changed the taco paper pockets. They also locked the doors before time. They are lazy people on Sunday evening.
