Complete bad attitude from the lady at night, she literally smack us the windows at my face!! We had to wait the food just because was already paid, if not we would leave the place without it! The lady started yelling us since she took the order! It was the worst service that we get in my entire life in any fast food restaurant!

Terrible the truck in front of us just asked the lady through speaker if anyone was going to attend she started saying I have a lot of door dash. We came Friday February 28, 2025 1:09am and there was no car in front of him.
My fries were still given wrong, and hard as a rock. The employees seem to be under the influence, will be calling 1800 as well.
Do not come here, we couldn’t even leave because of the cars in front and behind us on the line.

Staff is very rude and impatient. We could hear the lady literally YELLING at customers behind me through the speaker in the drivethru in an angry tone with an attitude. Very long wait even when there’s absolutely no one else waiting, staff blasting loud rap music from their own phones “unable to hear” customers directly at the window and refusing to turn it down for better audibility. Completely unprofessional!

Haven't had Jack in YEARS, I thought this time would be it but I guess not. I stood looking in the menu and when ready knocked at the window as the lady in the front looked at me afterwards, she had headphones so I thought she couldn't hear me and the kitchen even saw but not even a I'm "Sorry, our systems down" from anyone...It's also too cold to be out here waiting fir too long. I tried. A bell or acknowledgement would be nice.
I came to this location because the Gessner location was simply not operating (there were two cars waiting at the window and no one came on screen to take my order). I’m a lifelong Jack fan. Jack in the Box is my top fast food joint above all other burger places. Then when I finally got to this location, they claimed their system was down. When I asked how long it was down, I got crickets. Sounded suspiciously like they didn’t want to serve me.
Dear Jack in the Box, if this keeps going on, you will permanently lose a lifelong customer.

Update app works much better than before, and it offers better deals. Tuesday : use the app to get the old school deal of 2 tacos for $0.99, AND you get an additional 2 free tacos as the deal of the day. 4 tacos for a dollar.. not too shabby ?

I loved jack in the box but ima have to stop coming. I was enjoying my food and drinking on my lemonade. I love chewing on ice so i took the lid off and there it was a bug inside the drink that I had been drinking this whole time. Im so grossed out.
