Came here the other night and the tacos were bomb like the best jack tacos I've ever had, so we came again earlier today and the app messed up and wouldn't submit our order (and still charged me) so we decided to just order at the drive thru. Pulled up took our order and the guy asked us to wait while they checked if they had the stuff to make an Oreo shake, proceeded to tell us yes they have the stuff. Good, fine, pulled up to the window and paid got the shake and it wasn't mixed, asked the dude to mix it and he said 'we don't have the mixer, lended it to a sister store' . Got our food and they forgot the drink. Went back, came home and the jack wrap has PICKLES instead of jalapenos. Burger has nasty lettuce. Tacos are greasy real bad AND still cold. Idk what happened but the tacos I had a few nights ago were a dream and this ain't it.

If I gotta drive miles and miles next time I will . Ordered 2 orders of the 1.69 tacos and received what looks like dipped in grease tacos . There ain’t no way on Gods green earth someone can be that lazy to make 1.69 cent tacos right . A waste of my lil money sadly beside the mozzarella sticks the tacos are the only thing I can tolerate from jack in the box . A soft shell Grease Taco. Sad
Well, there's only been once that a 'guy' there working the window handed me my eggrolls and they still had ice inside of them and weren't fully cooked/hot. Didn't try to go back. The main thing I see so often it makes me wonder is, and almost always on 'taco tuesday' is mysteriously, wierdly, the credit card machine goes down and they only take cash. If I had to guess, this has happened at least a dozen times. They either have a very unreliable credit card system or the cash transactions are preferred on some days over others. Its just odd.
Complete bad attitude from the lady at night, she literally smack us the windows at my face!! We had to wait the food just because was already paid, if not we would leave the place without it! The lady started yelling us since she took the order! It was the worst service that we get in my entire life in any fast food restaurant!

Terrible the truck in front of us just asked the lady through speaker if anyone was going to attend she started saying I have a lot of door dash. We came Friday February 28, 2025 1:09am and there was no car in front of him.
My fries were still given wrong, and hard as a rock. The employees seem to be under the influence, will be calling 1800 as well.
Do not come here, we couldn’t even leave because of the cars in front and behind us on the line.
