First time going here in years. Went through the drive thru, ordered a Buttery Smashed Jack, and got a Classic Smashed Jack instead. Didn’t realize the mistake until we were back at work and busy, so I had to begrudgingly eat it. So disappointed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! After waiting 30 minutes from when i placed my order and receiving my order....I get a burnt piece of crap and so tiny! I am NEVER going to this Jack ever again! Worst experience ever!
Came here the other night and the tacos were bomb like the best jack tacos I've ever had, so we came again earlier today and the app messed up and wouldn't submit our order (and still charged me) so we decided to just order at the drive thru. Pulled up took our order and the guy asked us to wait while they checked if they had the stuff to make an Oreo shake, proceeded to tell us yes they have the stuff. Good, fine, pulled up to the window and paid got the shake and it wasn't mixed, asked the dude to mix it and he said 'we don't have the mixer, lended it to a sister store' . Got our food and they forgot the drink. Went back, came home and the jack wrap has PICKLES instead of jalapenos. Burger has nasty lettuce. Tacos are greasy real bad AND still cold. Idk what happened but the tacos I had a few nights ago were a dream and this ain't it.
