G'evening , last night... March 08.2025 @ 0851hrs I came in the drive thru... The person that was working the window and the person working the grill gets two thumbs up... The food was fresh and tasty and the customer service was outstanding... Quality service at its best.... Please keep them and give them a raise... I wish they work all the time... I ordered online thru the app because my jumbo jack was free that way. I ordered it with mustard and ketchup and got mayonnaise and ketchup. 7 onion rings for $4.49?. No I won't be eating at that Jack in the box again.

Half of my order was wrong.......the other half was never even put in the bag. Save your money and eat somewhere else or go to a different Jack In The Crack. The remodel looks good but next time spend the money on better employees that can read and write. I'm sure they all filled out their job applications with Crayolas.

The service here is terrible no one seems to pay any attention to the customers when they walk in . I usually order my food online and they way they service me in just bad I just stand in the front while they look at me smh even I know when my order is ready because I can see what they're placing in the bag . Pls get some more attentive employees or shut this location down 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I do not recommend eating there, many homeless people come in asking for money, disturbing the diners, the delivery for the drivers is very slow, they spend many minutes waiting to be served.

I just went this girl was a real b no good customer service and had all kind of thing on her hands and her hair was not in a net I wouldn’t doubt hair on the food bad service like you didn’t want to work don’t go to work but people don’t have any fault you didn’t want to work .She had like a pandora braclet full of charms
