So this is totally crazy. I just went to the Jack in the Box on Navigation and left a complaint basically concerning how most of the time between the hours of 3am-5am they always have an excuse as to why they can’t serve the customer.
I come to this Jack in the Box location and THE EXCUSE I’m told is, they are only taking cash (ok no problem) but get this. They are working on the grill. 😬 This is totally bizarre. The hell with Jack I’m going to Whataburger or MCDonalds. At least they don’t have a million excuses as to why
they can’t serve their customers.

Saturday my Uber Eats order was incorrect, I chalked it up to chance and got a credit. Ordered the same item the next day and they did the exact same thing they did the night before. How do y’all make the exact same mistake back to back with these uber deliveries? Y’all know my name when you see it or something? What did I do to y’all? 🫠

They always mess up on my order and then act rude about. Well today I ordered over the mobile app, I was given a time of 10 minutes before pickup , we gave it 15 ( It was a family order). we received our sealed bags and drinks, and instead of checking like we should of, we went home only to see two orders not being in our bag AND THEIR PHONES ARE OFF THE HOOK SO I CANT GET REFUNDED MY TWO ORDERS.. why should it be that I have to check my bags literally every time before I leave and if I do catch a mess why do I feel like I have people being rude towards me for their mess up … this place is horrible! If it ain’t the one on Normandy, it’s the one on federal.. but this one last resort..

Believe the reviews when I say this place deserves 1 star the food is always cold the fries are always undercooked and when you ask for a simple request like no bacon they add more bacon lol the jalapeño poppers are always pale never cooked the right way just skip this jack and make your way to navigation. Please if the owner sees this sell it turn into a burger King or another fast food place because this is the 3rd time they mess up an order.

I work for Amazon came in to clean my hands and use the restroom before ordering my food and you know as a delivery driver we some times get stuck with having to use the bathroom while making runs... while instead of being able to use the bathroom first had to purchase food then be walked to the bathroom to be let in... instead of holding ppls day up when trying to make a quick stop in between loads they should focus on clean the restroom won't cleaned trash on floor and sink ... One gentleman working spoke and was polite but manager and rest of stuff were rude and didn't even speak .... work on yall customer services...
