Worker was very rude telling me it was a time frame of only 25 minutes of being allowed to be here...mind you I was here off and on throughout the day due to being up the street at the Houston pd to file over a domestic assault case and xlcqme down here once to see if I could get on wifi and to get some air out the lobby of the pd and wasn't here long not even 10 min. Left and then came back and had got online for few got money sent via cashapp made mobile order and then waited picked it up and then ate at my own pace and went backt other pd up the street as I waited to get ina shelter thru them and then came back was on phone with numbers given from Houston pd to call for resources and shelter and made another order online and then was rudely approached as I just got told that I was being picked up by a unit devised for women who were abused here at the Jack in the box while it was still open and was told by worker here I basically had a time limit to be here ...smh I will not order here anymore...

The worker was really rude to me I got scared when I came around to pay there were two guys in a blue vehicle I flashed to pull forward. I didn't know if they were sitting there to rob me. So the I reversed my vehicle the guy in window waves them up and gives them their food they didn't pay. When I pull up to pay they guy in the window was rude to me tells me don't rush his customers I seen you turn lights on. I inform him he doesn't need to tell me what to do and he stated he told those guys to stay back. I told him to keep his food I'm not eating at a rude place where the workers think they own Jack in the box!

Every timeI come here my order is WRONG, COLD or worse, most of the employees seemed to stoned to function and up until recently there were bullet holes in the drive through area. I couldn't recommend this place less.

Please train your employees good manners. There was a lady in the morning usually with an attitude but today she was off putting. No hello then she asked to park behind the second pole near the window. I parked and stilled yelled at me for not parking just slightly behind it. You cant just yell anyone for not doing this precisely like come on and therefore what's the purpose for parking behind the second pole because I feel it can cause a problem for vehicles behind me since they kept honking at me. For not standing in the window. Please do better.
