Rude worker at the drive-thru. Cancelled order and went down the street to Raising Canes. Please train your employees to give friendly customer service. I’m done giving money to establishments that put just anybody behind the counter.

I'm so very disappointed in Jack in the Box the young lady at the window seems to been having a bad day. I had my mind set on the chicken teriyaki combo bowl so I ordered it. Once I receive the bowl got to my destination open the lid mixed the food I had no sauce just dry rice.
Just horrible I couldn't enjoy my lunch

I ordered delivery at this location yesterday, my order stated delivered and it was not delivered. I tried calling customer service numerous times and nobody answered, I tried calling the store and still no answer. I would certainly give 0 stars if I could. I paid $40 and had to send an email which I still haven’t received a response on so it’s looking like I’ll have to dispute with my bank. Do not order from this restaurant, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

Watch out for this location if you’re going after 12am, the lady at the window don’t pay attention and charge you for someone else orders. I asked her who order did I pay for she couldn’t answer . So now I have to wait 7 days to dispute her MESS UP SMH

I had received above and beyond customer service, my food was fresh and the young man Shamon that helped me was so kind and patient. It was a seamless process to order my food, my food was accurate and most of all it was fresh. I don’t live in the area but just so happened to be there tonight but I would drive from The Woodlands to receive the phenomenal customer service Shamon and the other staff provided.

Absolutely Disrespectful Behavior at the Drive-Thru

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Jack in the Box location. The staff at the drive-thru were not only rude, but they actually laughed at a customer who was simply trying to place an order. Laughing at customers? That’s not just unprofessional — it’s disgraceful.

There was zero courtesy, no attempt to help or clarify anything, just smug attitudes and mocking behavior. It was clear they didn’t care one bit about providing decent service. If this is how this location treats paying customers, it’s a complete embarrassment to the Jack in the Box brand.

Management needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re hiring. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others to avoid this place unless they want to be disrespected and humiliated.

As other reviews stated. This location just can’t get it together. I’ve ordered DoorDash from them a couple times. Once in the morning for the family, and once for myself before work. 2/4 of the loaded breakfast sandwiches were missing ingredients. How do you forget to add the sausage patty? Second time I ordered the bread was so hard and burnt that it wasn't edible. As well as dryer than the safari desert. It had to go in the trash that’s how bad it was. I absolutely love JIB whole menu. But this location needs a new GM.
