Dont go during breakfast time I don’t know the guy that works there in the morning but very rude , why do you have attitude I didn’t make you come to work . This location need to do better on the people they hire I rather go to the one on el dorado they way nicer and don’t have rude customers service . DONT GO TO THIS ONE GO TO EL DORADO !!!!

the most disgusting attitude I have ever witnessed by some guy he was so rude. I went there not that long ago and the guy sounded irritated like we were bothering him. he gave the ugliest look to us ever and we were nice to him. if you hate your job that’s a you problem ?? Do something to change it your doing it to yourself still working somewhere you don’t wanna be ? I didn’t put you there. will never be back again y’all really need to shut this location down.

Jack in the Box is one of my favorite spots for a quick meal. Their menu has so many tasty options, from burgers to tacos, and everything is always fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly, and service is usually fast, even during busy times. Plus, their shakes are amazing! Definitely a go-to when I want something satisfying and quick.

Went through the drive through. 5 times this last month waited more than 12 minutes and was served the worst burgers. The mate had been sitting in the holding bins for way more than 10 minutes. buns were hard, fries were over cooked. This happened on every single visit. And I don't understand why since they had me pulled to the front of the store and I waited on average 12 minutes. I will not be returning to this particular Jack in the box. EVER.

When I walked into this Jack in the Box on 03/29/25 around 8 a.m, there wasn't a customer in sight. I was the only customer in the store. I waited 6 minutes without anyone acknowledging me.. The woman with the head phones saw me at the counter but didn't say anything. I noticed one worker cooking the food and he wasn't using gloves. Ok, I'm okay without gloves if you're thoroughly washing your hands. However, when he was making someone's taco's who ordered from the drive thru, he literally put his finger in his mouth biting his nail and proceeded to touching the food without washing his hands. After witnessing that, I immediately left. That's gross and possibly can cause food poisoning. To the manager or owner who I know is going to respond on this post, please change or warn your staff about cleaniness. Heed the warning before you suffer a lawsuit and you'll wish you did something different. The store was dirty. I've been to this location on many occasions but never again.

Ordered online. It's open 24 hours. Could see employees inside and a truck was blocking the drive thru. This was at 2am, so the dining area was locked. Backed into the the drive thru to the window where an employee came to look and walked away.

My experience was amazing. I did takeout and we went through the drive thru the person taking our order was very pleasant and nice, also from the time they took our order it was fast, the food was hot and the drinks were cold and not filled with ice just how my husband likes we will definitely be visiting this location again.

I begin utilizing this Jack in the Box about a month ago. At 645 am everything was normally freshly cooked. The cashier at the window was very friendly. Friendly to the point where I nform my students (adults) this location is close enough to go to for lunch The Houston area experienced heavy snow considering the area and tey was closed. This was expected on the Tuesday. However today Thursday Jan 30, 2025 I went at about 645am. Entered the drive thru (no one in the front of me) and after appox a 3min wait NO response from the speaker. I proceeded to the drive up window and waited and no one came to the window. However I could see an employee seated in the lobby who looked in my direction. If I am wrong please correct me, however I was under the impression Jack in the Box is open ona 24/7 basis under normal conditions and i do consider today as normal. So with all of this said; I am done with this location and will not be inform anyone of this location
