The last three times I have ordered a southwest chicken salad through the drive thru I have not gotten what is supposed to be on it. It is supposed to have southwest dressing and spicy corn chips, that’s what makes it a “southwest” salad. Tonight I got a salad marked garden salad with a ton of sliced carrots and some corn and beans tossed on top of it. What is worse I was given ranch dressing and tortilla chips This will be the last time I stop here. So disappointed!!!!’

Went by to get breakfast almost 8am stayed by the intercom to order. It didn’t seem like it was on. Drove to the window no one. Got off and went in. I had to literally raise my voice for someone to come out and then tell me to wait. After 7 minutes I just left. Guess they are sleeping back there.??♀️

What a letdown. My jumbo jack meal was pathetic! Fries were barely warm and just gross. The burger was not freshly made, bun was dry and chewy. Looked like someone sat on it. Meat patty was barely warm. The lettuce and tomatoes were good but that's about it. I won't be back and I won't recommend this location.

THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION ARE RUNNING A SCAM!!! They tell you that the credit card machine is down…so you’ll pay in cash so they can steal the cash. I know this because my husband went to get us some food today they told him the credit card machine was down. He went across the street, got some cash, came back, ordered the food and Payed With His Card…. but not even two minutes ago. The machine was broken:..?So Someone Is Lying…and whoever the idiot employee that posted this photo…Thanks for the heads up on how y’all are Scamming…lol…unbelievable!!!!
Went Thur drive Thur no response drove up to window blew horn several times. One employee outside with head phones on. The other one on cell phone inside. You decide good service!!

It’s every weekend! Week day and weekend I come to this location! They always look like they are down for the night! No lights! And they claimed it was daylight savings!! We know you just want less service!!! I’m in the food industry ! Out of everything: ask me for Pics!! I got them! I rode by both locations to give you a run down! Of the one on Bay‼️. And their lazy workers!! Lights off, looking closed!! How are you making money from this location ? You can’t be! lol I went to the one on El Dorado! Bc they never forget to serve the customers! That Bay Area Location neeeds a new manager and you need to give the one on EL DORADO! Clear lake TX! Their raises ? Bc they be taking all the Businesses ?

Real bad custumer service,waited 10mts before someone aproach to take orders,they were looking at the whole line and acted like we werent there,just real awful service and they took 15mts to bring my order out.
