I order through the drive thru and The manger was very kind and sweet. She was seem to be over worked with only two other employees. Please se receipts for proof. My food was colder than my drink. I walked back in and asked for a refund and manager apologized and gave me a refund. The fry lady came over and touch my cheese and smiled and said sorry. What is going on? I work hard for my money and this is what I get. So sad so sad. My curly fries where so cold and hard. Shame shame.

I order food here a lot at 1am when im getting home since its the only place around I can find open. Staff at night are always fast, make everything fresh and they always get the order details right.

I don't expect Jack in the Box to be some fine dining establishment, but could the guys making my food not microwave cold, stale fries and try to pass it off as fresh? I watched him do it, but didn't want to make a scene out of it.
The burger also tasted old and reheated. $15 for one person so I can get reheated, stale garbage. Never going back

I’ve been here a few times and so far twice I’ve had some horrible customer service. Your females at the drive throw window do not like working! They seem to complain each time and seem to struggle when people order.

Service was good, but the food was mediocre. The portions, sadly disappointing. Drink machine? Only 10 selections out of maybe 30-40, and so water down. Place looks disgusting and smelled horrendous.

Great food and clean
My experience was ok. A lady came in after going through the drive through to get the correct items on her sandwich. Not one person apologized to her for getting her order wrong. Then to top it off they microwaved the bacon and put it on her sandwich instead of giving her a fresh sandwich. I can't really lay fault with the man as he was super busy getting things ready. But I feel the two girls working there were at fault for one thing saying nothing to this woman and two not giving her a fresh sandwich. She stated she won't be back when I asked her if anyone said anything to her about their error.
The girl that was taking my order sounded like she didn’t want to be at work, she was kinda of staring at me mean and looked mad overall 2

Good food fries are not fresh
My food was hot and fresh, however the cashier lacked proper customer service etiquette. I get it, nobody doesn’t want to work overnight and by me actually working for JIB for 8 yrs mainly overnight, I know how that feels but you still have to do your job to the best of your ability. I also didn’t get my recipe for my order.
