It says open 24hrs, but no 1 there at 4am, I waited on drive thru for at least 10min. Maybe the manager need to check up on there employees lol 😆 😂 cause ain't no 1 even on sight or change the sign so I don't even stop by

The manager took my order. I know cause he told me he was the manager. We went over my order 2 times. Ultimate cheeseburger no ketchup add pickles. Curly fries. The receipt he gave me had the order wrong so I corrected him again..so 3 times now...and I watched him tell the cook the correct order.
I received my cheeseburger not as ordered, added the pickles but nixed the mustard instead of ketchup, and regular fries instead of curly fries. Do better. It's not that hard to listen.

The manager DAVID was awesome. I recommend this Jack in the Box. The manager David was good service friendly. The food was good. The manager David really helped me out. I want to say thank you David is such a blessing.

I’ve been here a few times to give it a chance, but not once have I gotten my order how I asked. Wrong burgers, cold fries more than once, and they don’t seem to put sauce on tacos here? You have to ask them to put it on or you’ll get it dry.
