Horrible store wasn’t even busy and my order was still messed I asked for a ultimate breakfast SANDWICH and the lady named Mercedes rang me up for a ultimate cheese burger going forward read peoples orders back to make sure your right SWEETHEART it’s 3am in the morning and I’m that hungry and I couldn’t even get what I paid for is DIABOLICAL 🙄

Giving low vibes messed up on my order and didn't want to refresh and kept questioning me on something they messed up on I don't even stay in this side of town I was trying to get my family some food... Workers looking at me like someone has to lie about the money they spending I just needed the order corrected... It was that simple. And they was not busy I tried calling y'all to speak with someone didn't even answer the phone... Not wearing name tags heard her call her another name and said it was something else not in the mood for the bs

Wait time for a chicken sandwich over 30 minutes at drive thru.

The fish sandwich isn't like the picture at all. The top of my bread was greasy, and I'm not sure why the fish was thin and dry. It wasn't juicy like I imagined it would be. The chicken sandwich was ok. The service was good. The older man in the drive-thru was nice.

Unfortunately, this Jack-in-the-Box just opened up about six months after heavy storm took it out. Appearances are very deceiving. Looks nice from the outside. Food is terrible. Receive my curly fries cold as hell. My burgers were cold and a Coke taste like Diet Coke. I’ll never go back there again personally it’s a bunch of waste of money and slop. And it doesn’t even deserve a star

34 minutes. I waited 34 minutes AFTER my estimated pickup time for my online order. When I arrived, there were 3 cars in the drive-through, so i decided to go in to pickup my online irder instead of waiting. Joke was on me! It took 4/5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was at the counter. 30 minutes later, my order was finally done. I checked the bags and they had forgotten my sauces. Went back to the counter and waited 3 more minutes before anyone acknowledged me again, and that was only because I called out to get the worker's attention. They then tried to charge me for the missing sauces.

Food was fine. Typical jack in the box food. The service was the problem here. I've gotten food from a dine-in restaurant faster. It's like everyone was sleepwalking and didn't care how slow the service was.

Today I had a horrible experience at the Jack In The Box through the drive-thru the lady was very rude didn't want to answer any questions that we had about our meal.... we'll never go back again she also was yelling
