Normally this is the best Jack location; this time the service failed to get my Ultimate Breakfast right; I asked for No cheese and mentioned it twice but got cheese anyway, you can't take it off after it is melted. And Jack is now making the small chocolate cake half the size it used to be? What's up with this?
The fish sandwich isn't like the picture at all. The top of my bread was greasy, and I'm not sure why the fish was thin and dry. It wasn't juicy like I imagined it would be. The chicken sandwich was ok. The service was good. The older man in the drive-thru was nice.
Went to Jack in the Box on Edgebrook because I placed an order online for that location near where I was located. However the order accidentally went to the Scarsdale location. The manager Celeste at the Scarsdale location answered the phone and she got the order sent over to the Edgebrook location. Thank you so much for understanding and helping me with my order.
