What’s the point of putting this in my food? This was not an accident, it was clearly visible inside the box. Whoever was working on 2/10/26 right before midnight should not be handling food. Will be calling the health department to report.

Well I know we supposed to greet people when you see them when you're in a business like this for $12 you can keep that I asked for two only got one and I'm glad I did 😁 a 5-year-old kid can eat all that not a grown adult that ain't enough food at all

Food was pretty good. Drinks were not. Almost no syrup in fountain drinks, pretty much straight soda water. Horrible. Employee was not very helpful and looks like he did not want to be there. I tried calling numerous times but no answer. Very disappointed.

This is a good jack in the box most of the time. Service is friendly, foods pretty good. Word of advice though, steer clear of the shakes, there more like a glass of flavored milk with whipped cream on top, super thin ya know, like the opposite of thick, don’t do it.
On the bright side the breakfast and egg rolls are really good especially with the sweet n sour.
Bit generous on the rating but I’ll be back, I know what I’ll order and I know what I won’t.

Arrived at this location to order a breakfast platter and was told they didnt have it available. Went on the website and app and the item I wanted showed available. Asked why it was unavailable when breakfast is sold 24 hours a day and was told because there was no scrambled eggs available. Requested a manager and was told they were the manager and requested a name and was told their name is Vicky. Considering that Jack in the box presents this business as a place where breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be order 24/7 but yet a manager and or employee either chooses not to make the order or in the position of a manager does not fulfill their job by keeping proper inventory records is unacceptable. This needs to be reprimanded. In the best way. It is unacceptable for a manager to fail to do their job. This Vicky as she claims her name to be needs to be removed from a management position. I have filed a complaint with corporate because this type unprofessionalism is not to be tolerated.
