Good food
Soggy tacos, no Dr Pepper and $50 worth of food and they wanna charge for extra sauce plus bad customer service. Gtfo. That’s why this place had no customers. We should’ve kept driving.

I ordered a French toast platter from here on Uber eats for pickup and accidentally ordered it to the wrong location so I had to go a little further I didn’t mind however after picking up the food and getting back home I sat down to eat my French toast stick meal and there’s no French toast… at first I laughed and just ordered a refund from Uber eats but it said 3 days ! I don’t even need a refund I just wanted what I payed for 😂 so I called to see if I could go back on the long drive to the wrong Jack for some French toast sticks and no answer two times ! 💀I just seen them there not to long ago with nobody there and just standing around..how are they not able to answer the phone? Very lazy and bad customer service

Guy working the drive thru on Saturday 6/15/24 around 9:25 had no enthusiasm when taking our order and for that I give 2 star review. Also when he handed my wife her order she said thank you and he said nothing back like you're welcome.

The fleas that work this location are lazy specks. Came at around 4 pm on Sunday 6/2/2024 for the 2 for 5 sausage egg croissants. At first they said they were out of croissants. And then when I asked if they could replace it with a bun they said that their system was down and they couldn’t input it in the system. I came to the window and was met by two hispanic males. I offered to even pay more for the sandwiches to be put on a bun instead of the croissant. But they continually insisted that they could do nothing. The peasants at this location are costing potential sales because of laziness. I hope management gets rid of these lil minions. Will not ever be back to this location.In the end, I left to the Jack in the Box on Cullen, where they took care of me immediately and gave me two sausage croissants for $5. Simple. Take your business to a better location just a few miles away, it’ll save you time, trouble, and frustration. They need to get rid of these fleas so they can stop spreading.

First time I was able to get food here out of five visits! I get off work late at night so I'm often out for 3-4am meals and my prior four attempts to go here over the last two years, I got, "sorry we're temporarily closed as our POS system is down!" Like come on man. It can't take that long to do your end of day stuff, and you're turning away money! At least have a way to take cash if your system is temporarily down. But no way it was down every time I went there this late at night. Thankfully my recent visit was just after midnight so that excuse didn't happen. Food was good, felt like the fry box wasn't full. The cashier didn't say a word after taking my order. Is that expected nowadays or ? I get it's a late night job but no customer service whatsoever. I normally aim for Whataburger but if their line is too long I skip them and go home but I figured I'd try y'all again for the first time in a while. Anyhow will see if this review falls on deaf ears or if maybe the owner/GM/franchise operator makes attempts to improve late night service ...
I can't understand why the tacos at all the locations are always so stale. When I wanted to get a quick crispy taco I could always stop at this location and they were always crunchy and fresh. Now they seem to be all the same. Stale and just not one bit crunchy and fresh. Really crazy and I guess the best for me because I'm not trying another location hoping they will be different.
