The service is great and I never have a problem here but today I ordered tacos and all of them have a strong burnt smell on them and we paid 35$ for everything we ordered and this was a big portion of it.
Still sitting in drive thru @ 23 minutes already. Management you need to fix this, unacceptable!!!

Atmosphere and service I rated a 2 because it was "ok" for a fast food joint. The food I rated a 1 because for 1. The burger meat tasted strange, 2. There was NO meat inside of my daughter & I tacos literally only lettuce, and 3. I ordered onion rings with my food but they gave me fries instead plus the fries were cold/overcooked.(Side note: just read through other reviews and I should've did that before asking my husband to stop here due to the fact we're not even from houston just visitors because obviously others have had negative experiences as well. Lesson learned! The only positive things I can actually say is that the vanilla iced coffee was very delicious and our kids loved the breakfast jacks?♀️)
Breakfast. Mini pancakes ? ✨Two breakfast Jacks. Coke. At 3AM this is the only thing happening in your universe and it is magic.
