I was in a hurry with only 30 minutes left on my lunch, so I decided to stop, the line had 4 vehicles, and in my mind I was already making excuses because I believe I was going to be late but to my surprise the line started moving faster than what I tought and next thing I knew I was picking up my order on the window, it only took 8 minutes to get out with my order that's some great service. Thanks

The food is what it is… I don’t know what the story of the older woman is. I’m sure at 17 she didn’t plan at still working a fast food job. But that’s no reason to be nasty to customers and her co employees.

Wish we had 1 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Jack's is always exceptional but this one has beautiful night cook, server, cashier. Definitely made the trip worth taking. Repeatedly!!! Better hurry before she's ordered! 💯🤙🏾🌟✨️

I haven’t had jack in the box in a while. J was passing one up on the highway and decided to pull over and have lunch. I always loved how soft and juicy their burgers were. However, this location must’ve been missed the memo. Customer service was average. No one went above and beyond, but no attitudes were given. I appreciate that. My burger buns were hard like they were old or passed thru the toaster too many times. My meat was very unseasoned as of course my fries were cold. I asked for buttermilk and of course they charged me 27 cents. Let’s just say I regret my decision to stop at this location and wish I had kept going.

The employee running the drive-thru window was extremely polite, courteous and a overall delight to interact with. The service was accurate of good quality and speedious. My wife and I will have no problem stopping by here again.
