Just spent 45 minutes and 3 trips trough the window to still not get the right order. Even then I had to explain their product to them, which they proceeded to look up.

Ordered a Big Smashed Jack + bacon.
Burger 1: Single bacon smashed jack. Didn't notice until I got home.
Burger 2: Bacon double. Noticed before leaving the parking lot.
Cue me explaining their product to them.
Burger 3: What appeared to be a Big Bacon...

They came through FAST in a pinch. My hungry lads of 7 & 9 were hangry after a day at the beach. Everyone left happy. Just be careful if you are crossing the drive-thru lane. Even though it is clearly marked for pedestrians, people simply do not pay attention like they should.
