The drive thru cashier Jarissa R was extremely rude! The order was wrong and she was very unprofessional! I know I'm not eating from a 5 Star restaurant but would expect great customer service. Even with inflation and a bad economy, respect is still needed.

Ok I work here ladies and gentlemen I work the 10p-6A Brian is my name if you have came thru at this time I know you got great service I strive for that and fresh product if you know you know I'm there Sat - wen off Thur and fri come see us and taste the difference and yes you pay for buttermilk( Ranch ) if you dont get nuggets , strips,or poppers Sorry but its the rules now

I ordered 3 egg rolls, they were cold, & looked old. I ate one & after bout 30 min, my stomach hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I barely made it 2 the restroom in time b4 everything came out of the back end. On top of that, I got so nauseated I had 2 pull the trash can close 2 me as well. I will never return 2 that location, & will b skeptical 2 go 2 another one. 🤔🙄🫢🤢🤮🥴

I would say the food at every franchise should taste the same, but I gave it a 3 and was because of the service, the service was so bad that I didn't even get it, there were no car in the drive thru and no customers inside, I stepped in and waited to order something, the employees look at me and just ignored me, that's the worst customer service I've ever received,l, not even at the DMV treat you that bad.

It is amazing how they get orders wrong every time I'm there. Today makes 5 times in a row and I don't order crazy custom stuff. Like number 14 with curly fries and zero coke that kind of stuff. Wrong sandwich comes out wrong fries come out. It is sickening wish I could go somewhere else but my work is right next to em.
This place sucks I had a Oreo boba from another location all shakes cost the same price flavor doesn't matter! I go here and ask for one I confirmed it with the man at the front and he still charged me for a vanilla shake with boba I had asked for Oreo but since it doesn't come up in their machine as a option to them it isn't possible to make. I asked the manager there why she couldn't just charge me for the vanilla shake and just make it a oreo she just keep saying the same thing I have alot of respect for ppl but them I just cant they are rude and just down right slow every other place does but this one I hate their service I hate their atmosphere I hate them. And yes it is that serious over boba I made sure to get my refund after they messed up my order.

Very poor customer service! They never get your order right and are not friendly at all! Do not come to this store!
Normally, I do not complain, but over and over they get my order wrong, like giving diet coke, putting mayo on my burger allergic reaction, and I told them, now my breakfast sandwich has only ham, egg, and cheese, customer service has truly went away. I am older and work, I give 100 plus 20 percent more extra to make people day because we all are going through something. I tried calling and no one answered. Be blessed and have a great rest of your day.
