As I was giving my order I specifically said French fries. The lady at the drive thru said curly fries and I corrected her. She wrote French fries on the order and still somehow gave me curly fries. They simply don't care at all

Horrible always Messing the orders, no one ever picks up the phone when calling. Guetto place of service and sadly the only jack in the box @ my house, people here are rude, and never pay attention to the items and correct food to be done good. They need a new manager or something to keep them in correct training. I will Call the corporate because is always the same horrible service.

I know it's hard to get good help I am down one now. This woman in the driverthru is horrible and if I wasn't needing to feed my employees I would drive off. Lord AND I see it's the Store manager. I will go to another location next time. Paying top dollars for bad customer service.
The drive thru cashier Jarissa R was extremely rude! The order was wrong and she was very unprofessional! I know I'm not eating from a 5 Star restaurant but would expect great customer service. Even with inflation and a bad economy, respect is still needed.

I ordered 3 egg rolls, they were cold, & looked old. I ate one & after bout 30 min, my stomach hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I barely made it 2 the restroom in time b4 everything came out of the back end. On top of that, I got so nauseated I had 2 pull the trash can close 2 me as well. I will never return 2 that location, & will b skeptical 2 go 2 another one. 🤔🙄🫢🤢🤮🥴
