5/22/25 9:38pm I order a breakfast jack and I decided to check it because the egg felt weird after looking at it the egg wasn't fresh at all and it had mold from the front and back🤢🤮 never had this bad experience with jack I'm highly disappointed. I also ordered 4 tacos and they only gave me 3. I have all the information and receipt from this order. Also it was an online order and the bag was open and it usually comes sealed but this time it wasn't sealed. They need to be careful with people's food and they should also check that the food it's fresh and not expired or cold or moldy which it requires for them to get better training so that wouldn't in the future. Thank God that I check because I would of gotten sick. 🤢

I asked for fresh tacos . They had a problem with it. They started talking in Spanish, saying tell him to pull forward . I walked inside lazy females in there . General manger go check on that place. 1 star all day

Edited in to Jack owner response: What? 🤔 It was obviously an accident that I recommended the hamburger with soggy lettuce. That's fix now. The service was ok, lettuce on my mother's hamburger was a bit soggy again. Mine was fine, her's upset her.

Excellent service but ace is messed up was like 100degrees in there poor ppl that are working there it's so hot to just stand there and wait for your order I imagine them there over the fryer and back there trying to fix everything for us to get our order not fair for them . really sad for them 😞
they literally don’t care here about your food order. they leave out food every single time we come here. i’m a server. i know about customer service. people are nice but if you can’t even get a 3 ppl order right, you need more training or you been dropped on your head one too many times. also we just got four chicken sandwich meals and all the lettuce was BLACK AND SLIMY. you can SEE the lettuce when you put it on the sandwich! they just don’t gaf. CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND I GUESS YOUR LETTUCE TOO 😩

Horrible restaurant I placed a uber order and they were never able to give my uber my order because supposedly it wouldn’t show in their system but I was charged! And whenever I tried calling the store they would send me straight to voicemail
