Customer service sucks The 4ft girl and a 5.5ft boy saw me at the drive through windows and was just ignoring me and were just talking and smirking. They knew I was there i honked twice. Corporate/district manager see the cameras happen at 4:20-4:45pm

Just went to grab a quick 2 for $5 like always. What I can tell ya is man they were made right. The croissant 🥐 was hot and flaky the cheese 🧀 was melted to perfection. And the sausage was hot as well. Thank you for ya hard work #Duley

Went through dtive thru order is all wrong extra pickles instead of onions and om the other sandwich lettuce when asked for none als both were suppose to have tomatoes and difny get them also noboy answered the pbone

If I I could give a 0 star I would. Do not come dine in here. They have no A/C. It was hot. I kinda thought all jacks had air conditioner. I was wrong. If I knew it was gonna be hot there i should had just ate outside in the heat on the filthy floor ( each table was dirty.) Not only that, they also messed up my order twice. I had to let them know and I honestly think the meat patty wasn't fully cooked. I bet they got annoyed but hey follow instructions or learn to read. Do better.

Always terrible service if Prisca is attending you, 9 out of 10 times your order is wrong. Also, she always overcharges drinks she will upgrade them without you asking and charge a dollar extra. She does the same things to the French fries. Me and my wife come here every week. Also jack will leave a comment asking you to reach out to them but they never respond.

Wife went to pick up an order was told wasn’t there so she went to a different one thinking maybe she misunderstood me of the location they told her wasn’t there either so she calls me I tell her it is there at the Woodforest location she goes they give her the order she asked for a discount or at least some fries they refused before leaving she asked for a couple more ranch they said they couldn’t because they were about to run out. This place always smells like weed and they suck at serving people this happened at 6:00pm 7/1/2025 whoever was there need to be fired

The smell of the toilet hits your nose the minute you enter . The dining area was not clean . The drinks taste like mold at this location due to lack of regular cleaning.

5/22/25 9:38pm I order a breakfast jack and I decided to check it because the egg felt weird after looking at it the egg wasn't fresh at all and it had mold from the front and back🤢🤮 never had this bad experience with jack I'm highly disappointed. I also ordered 4 tacos and they only gave me 3. I have all the information and receipt from this order. Also it was an online order and the bag was open and it usually comes sealed but this time it wasn't sealed. They need to be careful with people's food and they should also check that the food it's fresh and not expired or cold or moldy which it requires for them to get better training so that wouldn't in the future. Thank God that I check because I would of gotten sick. 🤢
