The people are sooooooo nice and polite. My food was hot and delicious.I made my last trip on 3/30. I ordered a burger combo for $9.79. I was told my total was over $12. I told them there is not that much tax on $9.79! They told me the price went up. My question was why it was not displayed on the drive-thru board. They said they didn't have a chance to change it. WHAT??!!! The inflated price was not displayed and I should be charged what is displayed. What's going on Jack in the Box?

Trash customer service. Pulled up to order and told the cashier to hold, she says I wish people would look at the first menu instead of pulling up. I informed her I could hear her and she proceeds to say she couldn’t hear me. I informed her next time to mute her speaker and asked to speak with the manager. She then stated she was the lead on Duty and explained that the timer was running and that’s why she said made that statement…DID SHE THINK I WAS GOING TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED COINS THERE AFTER THAT? Must be crazy!!

I came thru drive on 2/24/24, I order 2 fish wrap and fries and Med rootbeer. Food was cold, fish was hard and nasty. Fries was cold, rootbeer was flat. A total waste. Won't be coming late night

went on christmas day. there of course was a very long line that moved unbelievably quickly. well learned why when i got home as the tacos tasted like they made them the day before, soggy& cold, as was the burger. gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was christmas day. went back on new years eve eve. there was no line, 1 car in front of me. got home food was still cold, like cheese not even melted on the burger served with day old cold soggy tacos& cold fries. fast food is ridiculous now. sure make it fast BUT at least make it when ordered so its lukewarm when we get it home. the employees are nice enough.
