Every single time I come here after 12 o’clock at night, they don’t have anything, they’re not accepting orders at the window, they literally just tell you to go away. The Franchisee here should be embarrassed by the poor operational execution here. I could buy this location and turn it around, just by capturing the late night business. No idea how they’re operating throughout the day, but I can tell you at night, consistently I’ve had an extremely negative experience and I’ve witnessed at least six cars leave this evening.

I am a tourist from Asia. Today, Sunday at around 4:40 p.m., I tried to enter the store but was denied entry. An African American security guard approached me and told me the store was closed.

However, when I looked inside, I saw that it was still full of customers and seemed to be operating as usual. I did not see any customers who were not African American. The atmosphere strongly suggested that I was being deliberately excluded.

While I did not ask for further explanation, I noticed that during my interaction with the guard, his eyes showed tension and his mouth was trembling. It gave me the impression that this might have been an act of racial discrimination.

I had been looking forward to trying the food here for the first time, but unfortunately, I left disappointed.

And I did not get any reply and any response from Jack in the box even I sent email what they told me last 2-month so far

The atmosphere was hostile, with an air of the employees was angry the customer's we're there. The food was good, 😊 I placed my order via Jack-N-Box app, the process was 😃 I received my food in a timely manner. While I was eating, I over heard an argument between a security guard and a man. The security guard was verbally aggressive telling the man, Jack-N-Box policy is that ONLY PAYING Customers are allowed to use the Restroom. The man left heart broken 💔

My Bonus Jack Combo food was delicious 😋 and I enjoyed charging my electronics and free Wi-Fi, while I ate my food 😀
