This place needs to close. I sat at the drive-thru window for almost 10 minutes. And no one ever opened the window or said a word to me. This used to be the best location in Houston... No more... There are homeless people walking through the drive-thru it is very unsettling. Very very very disappointing. I just left there today, Saturday. I absolutely don't recommend even though I used to love their tacos

Try to avoid fries had too much salt and has black stuff like the oil hasnt been changed. The workers have attitude. They need someone focus on taking orders

I wouldn't ordinarily waste my time reviewing a fast food restaurant, but my trip to this JITB on 3/12/25 was extraordinary. I went through the drive thru, and the person who took my order was very cheerful. He repeated my order and said, "I got you!" when I added a drink. The young lady at the window was also courteous and friendly.
The Ultimate Cheeseburger came out quickly and was remarkably good. The meat was cooked perfectly, the condiments were correct, and it was delicious.
The only downside was the few panhandlers hanging around and approaching cars in the parking lot and even in the drive-thru. There isn't much the staff can do about that.
Despite the part of the atmosphere the staff couldn't fix, I had a thoroughly pleasant experience. That JITB management team must be doing a great job!

Me and my girlfriend ordered some food on door dash and they didn't have anything we ordered except for 2 items. The other time we ordered, they had the items, but they did not give us syrup with the french toast sticks. Then this morning my girlfriend door dashed again and they did not send any cream or sugar in the bag with her hot coffee. The service there is absolutely pathetic. Food is good, if they have it, but you'll be lucky if they do. Forget about efficient service though.

Hoes have a rude attitude that fits their appearance. If the women would have said nicely you have to purchase something to use the restroom it’s it would have been fine. I mean but the attitude fits where it should be. 😂
Sat at the drive-thru for 10 mins with no acknowledgment or communication. No one would look at me, I was completely ignored. It was the same for the people behind me. I understand that things happen, you’re understaffed. Just say so, that’s all. Ignoring people is an awful way to do business. I would have understood. I went in, the people there still wouldn’t make eye contact. I ordered on the screen, the only word spoken to me eventually was my order number. It’s ok to have a bad day. Basic communication would have fixed this situation.

That Jack in the box is a piece of crap !!! My order was wrong asked for sweet tea it was un sweet asked for curly fríes they were uncurly just the worse !! Always under staffed 2 or 3 persons running the whole place like it's just caos all the time !!
The sandwich are great but fries are old not good taste like refried or under light
