Poor customer service I couldn’t order on the speaker pull up wait for them to attend me did not happen. They saw me put ignore me the whole time I was waiting. Need better training. If they don’t like there job They need to find something else.

My 1st time ever having Jack In Box. Now I see why he's in the box where he needs to say. My food was cold my cheese wasn't even melted it just laid on the top of my meat smh. My order was wrong no apology as if it was my fault. You can keep it just give me back my money, I'll starve for today since everything thing else was closed and it was around a holiday.

Do not go to the drive through to make your order! There is no reason why it should take ten minutes between when you order and when you pick your food up.

Always order online. But a tall big dude treated me terribly and poo pushed me aside and wasn't answering me on purpose I have disabilitys and he was awful. I apologized for really nothin to the woman that helped. That gentleman made me very uncomfortable and feel like I wasn't a guest I will continue to go back. I will ask for name next time and stick to ordering online.

Just went into Jack in the Box to grab a small breakfast and coffee two guy in business workers having a conversation ask for coffee no response kept talking maybe they were closed but the door was unlocked
They have a problem pf homeless and drugged people constantly around the place. The employees were constantly working , cleaning and trying to make it a better
