Poor customer service they need to be shut down. Everybody who works there have nasty attitude they never have anything the system is always down. In they dress like they just got out of bed The outside and inside of the store needs a deep clean and when you have a problem an want to reach out to someone, the phone does not work there’s no way to contact anyone that’s a bigger problem in it self…

i wanted to use a coupon deal meal but they said a certain item wasnt available so i said that’s fine if i dont get that item as long as i receive the rest of the deal but they didnt understand so when i got to the window they only charged me for 2 burgers and i wanted to add more for the coupon but they said i was in a time limit and told me i had to go back around and so i did and then the same woman that took my order starts telling me they are only accepting mobile orders and doordash why would you tell me to go back around and then tell me that your only accepting mobile orders wasting my time please dont spend your time or money at this location its not the first time i have had problems here and i certainly wont be the last

They take a very long time to deliver the order. I waited an hour for an order, this is too much. I paid and wanted to cancel it, but they told me that if I canceled I could leave, but they wouldn't refund my money.

i just don’t understand how the owners let this place get so bad!! the building is extremely run down, workers have bad attitudes and even eating while preparing the customers food, even saw one employee sleeping in the lobby. Very sad to see this place become a trashy establishment.

If I could do 0 stars I would, I ordered tacos, the tacos they gave me were already made, I do not know for hor long those tacos where there in the tray, they are chewy not cryspy at all. I ordered an extra large fries they did not give my large fries. Never going back to this location.

Fries are always salty the inside look like a crackhouse trash on the floor people just in there talking and chatting it up with the staff service is horrible I asked for a jumbo and got a medium soda I didn’t even wanna speak up for myself cuzz they looked like they would spit in my drink and was annoyed that I asked for my food since I did it for pickup trash on the floor it’s so ghetto
