I ordered two sausage and cheese cersonts and the top bun was burnt and the person I ordered from was not very pleased an a matter of fact she was quite rude.

Jack in the Box off of Howard Street & Hwy 45 in South Houston is the best I've been to in years.Food was hot and juicy and they made everything exactly how we ordered it...Service was great, good friendly employees there.They even let us take in my Emotional support doggie.Thanks y'all , y'all are the best Jack in the Box that's left.
3/3/24 I went around 9 at night and it took me more than 20 minutes at the window to buy some tacos. They gave me cold, watery tacos and half of them were raw. All of this is not due to lack of staff because there were some employees. In the dining room, with a broom in hand, they were just talking, I wanted to complain and they didn't open the door. I won't buy from this place again.

They don't like to Give receipts! You always gotta ask them for it because they won't replace ur order without one!. They always mess up on something so simple! ? If YALL WONT EAT THE FOOD, DONT SERVICE IT TO CUSTOMERS PERIOD!I asked for no hot sauce and they didn't put Lettuce! I said no hot sauce not no lettuce!! They always mess up

It says 24 hours but night shift after 11 pm doesn’t even answer us through the drive thru, they just leave everyone waiting in line and don’t even bother to atleast tell us they won’t take our orders so we won’t be there waiting calling them. The managers need to check their employees because I saw the worker at the window and she just ran to the back to hide.

This locations morning crew always has an excuse as to why they cannot take your order in the drive thru. My last 3 visits they were unable to take my order from not having enough staff to help,or maintenance men were cleaning but they they were sending out Uber eats and door dash order. DONT STOP

I really like the place, it's comfortable and quiet, but every time I place an order it comes incomplete, as does the food, it tastes great but most of the times I've gone shopping it's all crushed and looks HORRIBLE. . But everything else very good. ?
Bad service lately I usually get food from there during the day and if good at night that tripping looks like that where smoking weed that's really not good for buying that's just rude

We're do I start it was Saturday 11:35pm We had stop to get tacos were surprised there was no line. Then when we tried to order they told us they weren't taken any orders unto 12pm ..the only orders they were taking were online orders from Doordash. Like are you forreal we literally had to drive to another jack in the box.
