Today I was hoping to get a free Gremlin air freshner with my $12 meal!!! The whole reason I bought the meal because the cashier said they had them in stock!!! The whole staff was hiding& acting like they were looking for the air freshner that obviously wasn't even there!! They probably were doing paper,rock, scissors to which one of them was going to tell me they didnt have it!!! Next time they need to be aware of their inventory before this happens again......unsatisfied customer!

I’ve visited this Jack in the Box location a few times now, and I’ve had a recurring issue with one of the employees. I believe her name is Cynthia—at least that’s the name a coworker mentioned, though I’m not entirely sure. She often comes across as impatient and gives customers a rushed or curt tone if you take a moment to order. It’s happened multiple times, so I just wanted to share in hopes it can be addressed. Thanks

I don’t think the people working here like their jobs. Been multiple times and attitudes every time. Not nice at all. Maybe it’s because I’m white. The food is old. My tacos always dripping in oil and soggy. And they never remember to add cheese to me husband’s hamburger. Not sure what’s going on but sad no body’s nice anymore. And all the food prices are going up, but the quality sucks. Burgers that used to be big or like the size of your fist now and they cost twice as much money.
What's the point of ordering jumbo size fries if they only fill this tiny box half way? It's less than a regular size fries at McDonald's.... This is the big jumbo smashed burger, on the photo it looks so good, but it's tiny, barely any cheese, tiny pieces of bacon.... I swear I always regret going to Jack, months go by and I'll try them again, and again regret.... Rather go to the borrego taco truck across the street for a $11 fajita quesadilla...
