They are getting better but have a way to go ordered salad got wrong dressing

Worst jack in the box ever. Couldn't tell if the kid taking my order was high or under the influence but he couldn't take my order with out being confused. Also got my order completely wrong and gave me burgers I didn't order and left out items I ordered.

Ordered online and food wasn’t even ready for an hour. They forgot the special sauce that comes with the meal and chicken looked old and hard. Terrible customer service.

FooD quality is delicious. I'm mostly order my food through the drive through now. The staff is not too happy, but is understandable. Whit so many consumers to attend to and homeless people,i be in a sour mood as well. Lobby And restrooms are clean. But There's hardly anybody there. So when you eat , you eat by yourself. Not very lively..

Hours need to be changed. This place isn’t a 24 hours. I’ve been going and every time I go it’s “closed” due to something. What’s exactly going on? 😑🙄

Horrible, how does a place who serves all day breakfast run out of hash browns. Then the wait alone in the line, was over 45 mins, I would have left if I wasn’t boxed in

If i could give them negative 5 stars, i would. it’s always a problem here. i passed by around 4am after my night shift and this is the 3rd time i come here around this time and the employees are never inside working as they should. they a were smoking weed outside, & you can smell it as you drive up. i waited thirty minutes thinking maybe they were understaffed but no one ever came. i saw two cars infront of me also wait and leave after no one showed up. jack in the box.. DO BETTER & DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

No mozzarella sticks and no hi c you never have anything my Fanta was plain there is always something off about this jack in the box we clearly asked

Closed 10/20 at 12:29 pm, drive thru is open people in the lobby. But wouldn't let us in. Driving a 13' truck, drive thru is not an option. Went next door to Popeyes.
