This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to it doesn’t matter if you go during the morning afternoon or night you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes on your food besides that the food is great, but you better expect a long wait.

That employee was very disrespectful thow my money to me we got into it when I drove past 3 mins later she was outside smoking weed with her red braids. Since I seen her outside I went through the drive-thru agin and the next lady in front of me cursed her out. Cuz her attitude was so bad. I left a review 3 years ago and gave him another chance and they still can't get it right do not go to the Jack in the box on tidwell and homestead at night very poor service

My mom stop by jack in the box for a breakfast(sausage breakfast jack)on her way to work and she told me when she took a bite out of her sandwich it was tiny egg shells in her sandwich and she had to throw it away.

If your gonna have a 24hr service facility make sure people want to work a sign saying closed on the intercom

Lobby is always closed. Drive thru intercom doesn’t work. They take orders at the window, make the food, give it to customer, obviously one at a time. One car can take up to 10 mins to leave once arriving at window. If there’s 4 cars in front of you that’s 50 mins in line. Good luck. It’s been this way for months.

Purchased a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and received an ultimate cheeseburger instead. Ordered a meal and two additional large fries and only rec'd 2 in total, asked for fresh tacos and fries and they were all soggy. Tacos also tasted to seem to have mayo. Attempted calling them numerous times no response. Plus no receipt was given poor customer service
