Worst jack in the box in the area workers are always rude and lobby is never open even durning the day.. wait time is horrible sir seems like everyone working there hates it and I won’t be back food is never hot or acceptable

Whoever works Monday nights needs to look for a different job bc he is clearly miserable there. Have never had such a rude interaction like that through a drive thru before this. This place always has such inconsistent hours and the food isn’t that good anymore this was definitely the last straw. Y’all should just close this location down tbh.

The boy who was there today, September 11 at 11:09 pm specifically, had a bad manners in everything, not a greeting, not talking, not answering when you asked him things or anything, the only thing he did was look at you badly and like If things bother you. If you don't like working, don't work in customer service.

Ordered on the app, credit card alerts showed I was charged, yet 8 min later the store could not find the order. Charges show on the CC portal, Now I have to keeping an eye on it to see if the posted charges go live... this is no fun. The app is horrid and no help in this situation.

Dirty dining tables, food on kitchen floor in front of fryer. Lack of customer service. Atmosphere was worst than Subway's setup. Pita meal had full slice tomatoe instead of chopped. Lettuce was full of a chemical that might have been hydrogen peroxide. Ice machine forces ice out extremely fast. That's dangerous. Too hard to enter the tiny location from the Lowes parking lot behind it. You have to enter the feeder road to access their driveway entrance. Dangerous. Just bad design all around. I'm not happy with this Jackinthebox at all. Shucks, the store location Eastward is even better. Near N.Hou.Roslyn. Also made the tacos wrong. Sister asked for meat and cheese only, no sauce. She got plenty of sauce and had to get them to remake the tacos. Curly fries were hard. Ketchup packs were borderline. The end.

I know that these guys must not get paid a lot of money, but at the same time you should at least try. When I walked into this location, there was a Hispanic obese male sitting on the counter that he were supposed to be working. When I asked for a bag, just the bag for me to bag the food for myself. If you don’t like your job, then you should quit.

This is the taco I got and would have left it at that, but when i called to tell them, nobody answered for almost an hour (2:10-3:01 pm) when they did I was told to call the 800 number for a refund and hung up on me. I didn't ask for a refund, I didn't even ask to have it replaced, all that happened was I said I had a problem, given no real help and I was hung up on. Zero customer service.

Honestly it was one of those times when you're so hungry you'd eat anything - but I was surprised at how good the double cheeseburger tasted, how crispy the French fries were and how nice the Vanilla Shake tasted. Shockingly good. Thank you Jack in the Box!

Food was good. Employees keep the place clean and spotless. Owner needs to update. There's decades of paint layers in that place.But the food was clean and trash was maintained. All condiment items were stocked and available. Fountain drink machine was clean, and that's a big positive with me.
