My Johnathan is a sorry excuse for a manager. They have 0 customer service, no empathy, and no concern for “his staff” since he says he’s the manager. I’ve placed many orders through the app and NEVER had this type of experience. Apparently there is no general manager, there is no way to contact them, or a my bad we messed up. I just wanted a burger and got ridiculed for almost 10 minutes. I’ll keep placing my orders for another location and drive the extra distance than come here when he is here! It’s sad it took another team member to come up and try to help to get my food the way I PAID for it.

This place is rude. I literally walked in and stood there for about four minutes before I was even acknowledged. They saw me standing there, but just ignored me like I wasn't there. Finally, one of the managers walked out the back and asked me if he could help me. I guess you have to place your order at the register yourself as they no longer have a cashier to do it for you. It would be nice if someone told me that.
At least the food was OK. The curly fries were hot.

It's a hit or miss with this location especially after 11 P. Im not sure who’s worse, the dashers who steal the food or the late night manager at Jack in the box refusing to make my order due to something out of my control. Create a better system and hold DoorDash and dashers accountable. Outright refusing to make an order after I already paid and tipped the bum is unprofessional, unacceptable, and lacks customer service and morale. Lesson learned.

We went through the drive thru late at night. This definitely hit the spot, but wouldn't go here if there were other options open. I ordered breakfast, it was edible but they never have coffee late night.

I went through the drive through window and ordered 2 monster tacos and a chicken sandwich with cheese. They gave me 2 regular tacos when I took the order back I was greeted by a heavy set women with a lot of tattoos. She was immediately annoyed by me. I handed her the receipt and the bag with the 2 regular tacos. She said “what do you want and I don’t read minds”. I immediately called her out on her attitude! I had no attitude even after they got my order wrong. I’ve been here a few times and it’s not just her the rest of the staff is very unfriendly and rude to Coustomer! Will not be back I did not even get a refund she was so upset that I left without a refund!

This Jack is the only one that can consistently make great Iced Coffee. They have been doing so for many years and I must applaud only this location as I have been to many Jacks in Houston and surrounding and the only other one that does coffee right is on 59 and airport in Stafford. Bravo to the team at this location and in Stafford. Keep up the good work!
