I went through the drive through window and ordered 2 monster tacos and a chicken sandwich with cheese. They gave me 2 regular tacos when I took the order back I was greeted by a heavy set women with a lot of tattoos. She was immediately annoyed by me. I handed her the receipt and the bag with the 2 regular tacos. She said “what do you want and I don’t read minds”. I immediately called her out on her attitude! I had no attitude even after they got my order wrong. I’ve been here a few times and it’s not just her the rest of the staff is very unfriendly and rude to Coustomer! Will not be back I did not even get a refund she was so upset that I left without a refund!

This Jack is the only one that can consistently make great Iced Coffee. They have been doing so for many years and I must applaud only this location as I have been to many Jacks in Houston and surrounding and the only other one that does coffee right is on 59 and airport in Stafford. Bravo to the team at this location and in Stafford. Keep up the good work!

Immediately after paying, woman at window ran to front of store. No other customers there. We waited a very long time, no one came to window. We honked horn, finally a man came to window, gave us our food, acted annoyed & didn't say anything. We went back thru line, ordered again. The exact same thing happened again!

The guys who work over night hang out in there cars all night. They barely answer the drive thru in a timely manner we then you have to wait for them to come in and fix the food . Horrible trash service!
It’s always the same problem with this location went yesterday Friday night as I pulled up in the driveway they told me they were not taking any orders that only mobile orders what’s the difference
