The customer service i received from one of your staff members tonight was horrible. When I pulled through the drive thru 3 cars ahead of me had pulled off when I pulled up to the speaker and said “hello” a older African American women spoke very disrespectful to me she told me she will answer when she feels like it and even said what am I going to do about it. It was like she was purposely being disrespectful so people will leave. I came around midnight this location is open until 1am. This lady was so nasty to me I informed the rest of the cars in the line so they were aware of her disrespect and they left as well. There’s no way this lady should speak to any customers the way she spoke to me. I will never eat at this location again. I see why the other people drove off. I didn’t even order because I can’t trust her with my food. Discipline action needs to be taken immediately on this lady. I’ve already filled out the form online so please don’t respond to me with the website.

Where should I start ?Horrible restaurant "0 stars"I placed an online order, they don't offer an assigned pick up area for online orders, you have to go in the drive thru, I tried calling and NO ANSWER at all, there was an extremely long line, after almost 30 minutes in line I get to the ordering speaker and they informed me that there's "no order" for me ? but they did charge my credit cardI will NOT be returning to this location at all.
