When you pull up to pick up something you've already ordered and paid for on the mobile app and you can already tell by their attitude you're not going to be served. 20 minutes of waiting for an order that said expect it to be ready in less than 10 minutes and no movement inside. Also not the first time that a Jack in the Box has failed to provide me with my order. I've deleted the app and this will be my last visit to any Jack in the Box. It's shameful the way they operate.

Yall had me waiting for 20 minutes after ordering through the drive through and I had to go inside to ask where's my food and turns out yall just forgot about it ? if yall were gonna take a while yall should have just mentioned it smh. And my food wasn't even complete.

I ordered online today, 2/28/24. When I arrived to pick up order I witnessed the drive thru lady bagging tacos and fries. All without wearing food handling gloves. That’s disgusting and highly unsanitary! Putting peoples food at risk of cross contamination is something I’d never witnessed at a Jack in the box before. Especially, being that she was handling Drive through orders, money/payments. She was literally using her bare hands to put freshly cooked tacos and fries into bags and then handing out the window. I don’t trust this location after seeing that. I suggest management remind employees of proper food safety practices and policies.

The lady working the drive thru on Monday February 12, 2024 at 6:24AM was extremely rude. I asked if the location serves curly fries early in the morning. Initially the lady said yes but I would have to wait. I told her that’s fine, how long would the wait be. She said, “Do you want the fries, yes or no. I responded yes. She then said, “We don’t have curly fries right now, bye.” Didn’t ask if I would like anything else. Just stopped responding.

Who hired that trash person who worked the window on 2/11/24 @10:35am? I come here to treat my elderly dad because he loves his burgers with jalapeños. It's NEVER been a problem until today. This male/female/whatever kept saying "I told you I can't add jalapeños just lettuce, pickles and tomato." I'm sorry you don't know how to work the ordering system but you can ask someone. Look, we all gotta "I'm going through something" story, but you work in customer service boo. If you hate it so much do something else. I can't imagine how your speak to elderly folks, especially those with choppy english. And yes, with your attitude I did say "Fvck this" and moved right on along. I'll just go to good old faithful on Wayside and Navigation and call corporate next week. I don't know what you think you are but you ain't, love. I pray that whatever has made you so ugly and bitter is lifted off your heart. Besos!!!Can't wait to see the sarcastic owner reply. Yippee!!!!!

Waiting time was 30 minutes, park me and resume filling orders with cars coming through. Customer kept calling and went I did deliver the food kids came out with a attitude. Worst experience and lost time, deliver was only paying 4.70 cents no thank you for waiting on delivery of food.

I visited during a late night outing and at the drive thru was told they are only accepting food delivery orders. That was disappointing. So I pulled into a parking space and placed an uber eats pickup order.... which ended up being more for the items because Uber eats marks up the food pricing. Anyways, the order went through and we got the food and it was good. I had the jumbo jack without lettuce, and stuffed jalapeno peppers. The staff were nice.
