Ive live here 4yrs now. I come here often and ive never received service like I do in the morning. The young lady Breanna T is very respectful and responsible she is a joy to the neighborhood thanks for the great hire Jack she's a phenomenal team player.

Me and my family ordered 50$ worth of food and almost everything was wrong. None of the tacos were warm and we ordered 6 ranch and received 0 lol. This jack in the box always lets me down every time I order from here :(

Good customer service at the speaker, but barely any at the drive thru window. Only thing hot was the fries, everything else was lukewarm. Ordered 2 tacos, cheeseburger and sweet tea. I'll give a pass since it was Christmas Eve and the line was long. I've visited here before with no issues.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here after a long day at 3:32 AM and made sure to check the hours beforehand—it said 24 hours. When we pulled up to the order screen, the employee just said, “It’s closed.” I was confused and said “Huh?” and she repeated, “It’s closed.” What made it even more frustrating was that the car in front of us had just received their food. The whole situation felt rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box.

I work night shift so I decided to stop here to get something to eat after work. It was just before 5am. I placed the order in advance so it will be ready when I got there. As soon as I got to the speaker the worker told me that they were closed. I thought this place was 24 hours. I already paid for my meal online. If I didn't do that she wouldn't have served me. I will not be coming here ever again.

Jose made this late night food run Quite Memorable & Enjoyable. He Raised the bar to a New Std. The system was down, requiring app order at 4:30am. The other team members could learn from him, he was patient, attentive and friendly. All of WHICH IS BASICALLY NON EXISTENT in 2day FastFd Industry.
Definitely Will Return Due to JOSE'S Efforts. ♤♤☆☆
